They would not refund my monthly fee after I had canceled it. STAY AWAY! The product I ordered did not work after three days.
They have smart subscription system which they will use to charge your credit card without your consent.
I have called them out and contacted them asking for refund for charging my credit card for past half a year without my consent, I did not even use their stupid website but they have refused.
They first charged only 1.5 eur. And then slowly increase to 3.21eur and eventually to 4.13eur and last SMS message I got it said it was for 7 euros which is when I noticed they have been charging me this whole time. I went to their website and immediately turned off the subscription to which I did not consent.
They have scammed many other people the same way, they literally deserve to get sued. This is FRAUD. They enable this subscription by default on their own and hide it so you don't even get a chance to disable it. They know VERY WELL what they are doing and they keep doing it because they keep getting away with it. Someone needs to sue these $#*!s to the ground for all the money they scammed out of people.
I have attached below the images of their Smart subscription scam and their response to my request for refund. They are saying they can't refund me because discount has been applied to my purchase which makes NO SENSE. Okay you can't refund me for 1st month when I made initial game purchase, what about other 6 months? Lol..
I had ordered New World last month (October 2022). Either I was blind while checking out or the Gamivo SMART sub was very well hidden or hard to read/find on the checkout process. As soon as I had completed my purchase I received my invoice, and also my Steam code, however, a few moments later I get a charge for their SMART sub. I did not make a fuss about it and cancelled it ASAP. Yesterday, to my surprise I get an automatic renewal notice from PayPal, so I cancelled it yet again via PayPal's website. All-in-all I do not recommend Gamivo due to this simple reason, very unfortunate. I tried to resolve the issue with PayPal, which was denied. I then tried to resolve it with Gamivo's customer support, which also got me nowhere. It is a shady business to be adding on the SMART sub when checking out. I detest this practice with a passion and will definitely not be purchasing from them again. A bad experience and bad customer support, the least they could have done is find a quick solution, meeting half-way, like adding a credit to my Gamivo account. They lost a customer, and I will certainly not be recommending them to my friends and family.
Horrible support and refused to delete my account as they continued to recharge charge me for a sub I cancel within the first week of its purchase.
Be very, very careful while purchasing stuff from this website. They literrally scam you into purchasing their subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription but I can't because my subscription is "deactivated" on their website, but they keep trying to charge me. It's been almost 2 weeks since I've contacted support, with no answer.
I had already bought from them and everything was fine. This tour I had a problem with the payment (via crypto) and there is no way for them to help me. For them, the order doesn't exist on my account and so I'm fine. Too bad I have their wallet address and transaction ID, but they don't go to look at it. With the fact that their "system" has no orders on my account that's enough for them.
Customer service really s**tty. Lost 25 euros, it will not be a penny but is annoying anyway.
I certainly don't do my next purchase here, if to save 2 euros I have to lose 25 one-offs, I would say it's not convenient.
My key didn't work, they were unable to help. They also signed me up for an auto renewing subscription that I was unaware of. Had to jump through hoops to get it disabled. Lots of sketchy practices.
I've purchased over $500 worth of Windows 10 Pro CD KEYs from GAMIVO. Sometimes, the keys don't work, and say "KEY ALREADY USED" or "KEY INVALID". When I open a "case" on the site, the company will give you the run around and will not give you a working key or refund your money even after providing proof with screen shots. Its probably the same thing for Gaming CD Keys I would imagine, since they are Scammers. Do not buy from here. TERRIBLE. I would consider taking this review down if they would refund my money like a normal stand-up company would do.
They sell stolen developer keys and then when you have a issue with the product they make it as hard as possible to request a refund even if you pay extra money for their support coverage.

I got scammed by them, they sent me a code that has Global region and it says that it works in my country. When i try to redeem it says my country is not supported, they do not want to give me a refund. Stay away! Save your money and go shop somewhere else.

Purchased software, code was fake. Couldn't get a refund, just a run arround from a very unhelpful support team. Avoid this company.
The people complaining about the subscription, need to realize. This is how almost all companies like this work. You really have to pay attention, its the same as G2a I just made a purchase and you have to decline the subscription in 2 different locations otherwise your going to get charged. Attached are both the subscription options you have to decline

T's a scam site and they set me up with an automatic subscription that I never agreed to and don't give me a refund. I contacted their customer service and they refused to give me a refund for no reason whatsoever
All's fine but watch out for the auto sign up for their subscription service they do at check out. Customer service are useless too
I purchased a play station plus key for PS4 that clearly stated "can be activated in Ireland" (sent them a screenshot of the screen showing this).
The key was for Kuwait as it turned out.
2 months later and they are still holding me to ransom saying they cannot refund me until someone else purchases the key and confirms its unused. I clearly qualify for a refund under their refund rules, 8.5 (2) but they choose to ignore this and keep me hanging on. Its clearly in breach of their own rules and EU consumer protection. I have been given no indication of when I will receive a refund. It is truly a horrible experience and advise anyone looking to purchase anything from them to think again. These reviews are real. PS I also got signed up for Gamivo smart without my knowledge and it took me a while to cancel it as they deliberately hide it deep inside the website to put you off. BE WARNED.
Answer: Scam. I bought ms Office but the key had already been used, they sent me a new key & it was also used. They are flat out refusing to give me a refund. Terrible! Do not use GAMIVO.com
Answer: The prices are way better then others. And the page works fast. Good reviews online.
