I ordered a Game and they secretly put an abo on it. After the first charge I told them to $#*! off and cancel ist, but they didnt. I realised it again 1 year later and these scammers are not willing to pay anything back, they stole. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Bought 4 DLCs in the past and a game recently. When I bought the DLCs I had the option to buy with a subscription for a cheaper price. So the total was less than before, even with that subscription. After I made the account and bought the subscription, the games were on the same price as before, no discount applied. And the game that I bought was sold from another site, Kinguin, but at a higher price than on their site. Also it advertised that the product is EU, but it was a russian version. So on top of not telling you everything, they sell products at higher price than other sites and sometimes you can also get scammed by "their products". Also the live support is only for subscription users, so if you are basic, good luck waiting a lot for a ticket. But that doesn't matter too much because the staff is also slow and doesn't understand what you are explaining to them. Overall bad company with shady site.
They secretly add subscription to your checkout baskets, even if you removed.deleted it before, they will add it again up to 3x times in every step, just so you would have to pay a monthly 5 euro, and if you confront them for this, they will tell you it is your faulth that you did not take away THE SECRET SUBSCRIPTION YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR up to 3 f* times.
NO refunds, and they just take you rmoney.

Absolutely terrible service. I specifically de selected thair so called "Smart" service, which is a subscription I absolutely did not want and it was added on the checkout after I deselected it, but it was disguised as some other service charge.
They have also changed their process to come off the SMART service that you have to wait 24 hours to be taken off the service, which is abysmal.
Eventually after debating aith an AI generated chat support line on their website, I got transferred to a human chat and they did eventually agree to turn off the smart service there and then and agree to a refund...
Donot EVER use Gamivo, they are criminals and will rip you off.
Gamivo is a site for buying game keys for cheaper than regular market price
These guys and consumer protection laws are like bowser and mario are, they do not get along, you try to buy any game key, and even after deselecting the option for the "sMaRT" subscription service, it somehow STILL automatically purchases the subscription WITHOUT CONSUMER CONSENT, this is highly suspicious that they somehow have gotten by without being hit with some major class actions for this kind of behavior.
This site automatically signs you up for a subscription service and makes it incredibly difficult to cancel. Massively underhanded - Avoid them at all costs.

I made a one-time purchase on Gamivo and was automatically signed up for their "SMART" plan without clear consent. I cancelled it immediately, and my account clearly showed the plan as "expiring August 8." Despite this, I was still charged after the expiration date. When I requested a refund, their support refused — claiming I hadn't clicked a hidden link in a follow-up email after cancelling. That's a textbook dark pattern designed to trap customers. They admitted the discount from my purchase was "delivered as described," but using a coupon is not consent to a recurring subscription. Their system is manipulative, unethical, and possibly illegal. I've disputed the charge with my bank and reported Gamivo to consumer protection authorities. Save yourself the headache and avoid Gamivo entirely.

Brought an adguard key and I put into adguard website and it comes up as banned. Open the ticket and responses very slow Still waiting three days later. Just a stupid response saying they waiting for the seller. I gave them full evidence that the seller is a scammer and won't refund me.
If you thought you were buying a CD key then you are wrong, you are buying a monthly subscription you aren't even aware of, enjoy paying for months until you realize they're taking 5 euros a month from you, and then having to look up a youtube tutorial on how to cancel it since the cancellation button is hidden and with tiny letters. Instead of focusing on giving a good service, they're focusing on being sneaky and scamming people, not sure why they would do this.
By the way you can't remove your card from their website, they have that info forever ;)
So I wanted to buy a Steam key for a game called "Stray". I've bought Global version for 12.47 euros. It did not work. Gamivo said that they're sorry and they dont want to refund me. And then later I bought "Stray" right on Steam as I should've had at first place. When it comes to resellers all from Kinguin to CDKEYS are legit but NOT GAMIVO THEYRE SCAM!
They automatically add smart subscription to your orders as seen by many people on reddit etc. and then they make you pay monthly for it, you can't even delete your account by yourself, you have to create a support ticket and ask them to remove your account that will get ignored after first response and u have to spam them for like 2 weeks, scummy techniques to get a quick buck, use some other site for your own safety!

I bought 3 Razer Gold 500 TL codes from this store but they gave me the used code.
They haven't responded for more than 3 days and are hiding behind the seller's response while they received the money.

I want a refund
Purchased a digital PlayStation network gift card of them, within minutes I tried to use it and found it was not genuine. I immediately contacted customer service who will not refund my money unless I give them more personal information. Further, I was told that Gamivo has no way of verifying if the codes they are selling are real or not. As a business, why would you sell a product that may or may not be fraudulent? Also as s business, why would you make it so hard for your customer to get a refund when your product of dubious origins proves to be fraudulent? In the future, I'd sooner trust random people on Facebook selling gift cards than I would this fraud of a site. Avoid at all costs!
Predatory "subscription service" that is automatically activated when you buy anything. Meaning they store your payment details and quietly charge you monthly. Good luck charging my disposable revolut card 🤣🤣
Gamivo Review: Buyer Beware!
I had a terrible experience with Gamivo and I highly advise caution if you're considering using their platform. First off, the website is extremely confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for. But that's just the beginning.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the automatic subscription sign-up, which I wasn't aware of until after the fact. Be prepared for unexpected charges, and the lack of transparency only makes it worse.
If you purchase a game key and encounter any issues—whether it's a key for the wrong region, or the product simply doesn't work—you're stuck. They have a no-refund policy, even if the key hasn't been used. Essentially, once you buy, you're stuck with it. And don't think you can return or exchange a key if it's the wrong region; customer support will do little to help.
Worst of all, their "bait-and-switch" tactics are incredibly frustrating. At the point of sale, you may think you're getting a good deal, but the actual product may differ from what was advertised, leaving you with an unusable key and no recourse for getting your money back.
Gamivo is all about taking your money and offering very little in return. Their policies are extremely anti-consumer, making it impossible to resolve issues or receive a refund when things go wrong. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Get scammed into take the 'smart' subscription. Don't order here unless you want to have the subscription. I tried to look out for it, but it's well hidden.
Answer: Scam. I bought ms Office but the key had already been used, they sent me a new key & it was also used. They are flat out refusing to give me a refund. Terrible! Do not use GAMIVO.com
Answer: The prices are way better then others. And the page works fast. Good reviews online.
