I tried to order borderlands 3. They said for security issues I needed to provide my photo ID and a note with their name on it which I did (my driver's license) and then they said for security reasons they were canceling my order. Seriously crap customer service and I'm definitely me. Now I'm waiting on my money back so I can try to find some other website to order the game through. Beyond irritated and so done with them.
I purchased from gamivo believing the link was for Xbox (said Xbox in the link) I received a PC version. Contacted customer services, pretty fast response but absolutely useless. Was told they'd sell my key on and refund me in a week. 1 month later and loads of emails like banging your head off the wall still no refund...

Worst CD Key site in existence. Enjoy the ever-so-slightly lower prices while their keys work for you. Eventually, you will get scammed. Customer service will not help.
I ordered two games, there were boxes for protection.
At the time of payment I notice that the subscription is activated together with the payment of taxes.
I ask for a refund (I don't want a 2 euro subscription a month), they refuse.

If you want used, invalid Microsoft product keys with a complimentary customer service that has reached so low it actually gives you a headache dealing with the halfwits that calls themselves "representatives", then this is the site for you.
For I have recently purchased four Windows 10 LTSB volume licenses from these scumbags, which were all used up before I could even activate Windows with a single one. I provided an excessive amount of proof at their request, but it still wasn't good enough.
After an argument, they agreed to send me replacements of the license codes, all four of them, which were also used. I tried to launch a PayPal dispute, but it ended in their favour. Now they're holding my money hostage and making me dance in circles trying to get it back.
This degenerative company seems a lot more concerned in giving customers the ultimate runaround and making lives a perpetual living hell rather than return deserved refunds for the shower of crap digital products pouring from the unscrupulous merchants that traffics in their twisted clandestine network.
Having purchased many licenses from multiple platforms in a four-year span, including eBay, I can confirm that this is the only site that has given me the most trouble. I do not intend to purchase from this cesspit site ever again and I advise anyone buying digital products, particularly Microsoft licenses, not to do so either.
If you value your sanity I would steer clear, Its honestly like arguing with a 3 year old. They took money for a game several times but refused to give me the game untill I provided photo id... creepy right. When I asked for what purpose and for some basic company information they told me it was private? I'm staying the hell away from them and I would suggest you do the same, though I have to admit the chat log still makes me laugh.
I bought a 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial from them not realizing that (1): 14 day Xbox live gold trials are free and (2): you can't use them if you've already had a gold subscription. I tried to return it but they said they couldn't refund me unless they were able to sell it to someone else. Never heard of this type of method of return but I did not agree. I'm not going to wait for them to maybe give me my money back while they try to scam someone else. Selling free products and hoping people make the same mistake I did is less than dishonorable and less than a 1 star.
Bought a Win 10 Enterprise key which I couldn't activate due to being "already used". Contacted the seller who ignored my issue and insisted I use telephone activation (which only exists for win 7) and some 3rd party activation method.
My negative review on their site is not visible, only the 5-star positive reviews.
Had to open my first issue at paypal for a refund, because they completely ignore my concerns and also make a review here to let others know.
I bought a game for steam, but they never send me a working key. I could not activate the key in my region, even though they sold it as a global key.

I've used Gamivo a few times before and the experience usually went fairly painlessly, until one time a year ago, where the amount I was charged was higher than the price on their website. They initially refused to refund me, and only changed their mind after I did a PayPal claim, and left a bad review, but it was on the condition I change my review. I thought that was it, but it turns out not.
Since then I have tried to order again, but I kept having issues with not being able to pay for my order, so I raised a customer support request. It took them three months to respond to my request! And even worse it turns out my account had been blacklisted!
When I asked the reason why, I was told it was "due to security reasons" and that "Unfortunately, we cannot disclose to you our security procedures". Never before in my life have I seen such poor customer practices. If there was a genuine security issue with my account, such as it had been hacked, then they should have made me aware of it for my own benefit. If not, then the bad review is the only other reason I can think of (a review which I did update after they resolved an issue), which is a really petty reason to block a customer.
So moral of the story is, if Gamivo mistreat you as a customer, don't complain, otherwise they will blacklist you for "security reasons".
Sold me a duplicate key. Gave the screenshots support asked, then they asked for more info they knew I couldn't provide. This was the last time they got my money.

Bought a key, afterwards it seems not be valid no refund, no new key.
Also used paypal (which I paid an extra fee for), and so tried to get the money back but didn't succeed because key's are not under the protection of paypal.
Gamivo offers many good games at good prices. They also do giveaways so anyone participating can win game keys from time to time. Their service is not that bad but overall they are quite unpopular.
As I purchased some Windows keys for my company, Gamivo couldn't provide invoice.
That's totally inacceptable for such a big platform and a specialized sales company. Moreover Gamivo didn't even refund.
I am disappointed for such poor services. Companies shouldn't work with Gamivo!
Answer: Scam. I bought ms Office but the key had already been used, they sent me a new key & it was also used. They are flat out refusing to give me a refund. Terrible! Do not use GAMIVO.com
