So I found Gamivo while looking for alternative means on purchasing games for cheap. Before creating an account I did some light research and found the reviews were mostly positive so I took my chance and made my first purchase which was a windows 10 key, it was cheap and only a few bucks that I could spare if something went wrong. SUCCESS! I formatted my PC to test the key and did a fresh install of Windows 10 and the key worked.

I decided to make the purchase I intended to make with the site when searching for cheap keys which was a World of Warcraft subscription. I added it to cart and put through my payment and this is where everything went south. They asked for a photo ID and a paper with writing on it to verify it was me. I submitted the photo and waited for about 3 hours. I contacted support to ask what the ETA was for processing since my first purchase was processed without my ID and was given my key instantly and the 2nd purchase was already charged before "verification". Like honestly why ask for a photo ID if you are going to take the money anyways? Customer support was very short with me and honestly did not seem to want to be bothered nor did he give me an ETA just a "thanks for shopping with us but you have to wait". Okay, I'm waiting but if I have to wait shouldn't you wait to charge me since this whole thing is to verify the card I'm using is mine?

Another hour and a half passes and they most likely spent my money already so I contact them again same response "thanks for shopping but you have to wait" So I cancel my order and ask for my money back. As soon as I do this they send me a cancellation and a response saying "Due to security reasons, we have decided to cancel your order and refund your payment. The refund will be processed immediately, and your payment should be registered back on your account within no more than a few business days."

It wasn't until I came to this site to make the review until I noticed they had charged me for a SMART subscription after my first purchase. I know I wont be seeing those $2.20 back so I won't bother with their VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Terrible company... They took my money and then put my order on hold and said i had to update my address. As soon as i enter my country then i get invalid selection... The customer care has stopped responding. Please don't use these scam artists... there is many legitimate resellers out there but these aren't one of them... Scum

On all the checkout pages the subscription of Gamivo Smart ($1.99+VAT charged monthly) is pre-selected, and is located in a box that does not highlight it adequately, appearing as a normal page footer. This is obviously a choice to mislead the user, avoiding to draw attention to an option that should be disabled by default. Customer service is very careless towards the customer. Avoid at all costs.

No Invoices.

I buyed only on this seller, because he has on his profile, that he can issue invoices.
For February i got a invoice even when i bought only 3 pieces of games.
For March i got answer that he can't inssue invoice, becouse I bought below ten pieces.
Actually I give up further purchases on gamivo.

There are so many other and better sites like kinguin.

Gamivo baits you with "the cheapest" price and at checkout slaps all kinds of fees and $#*!ty subscription stuff on top that you do not want or cannot turn off.

I am in the EU region, got a one of those bot gifts for a game. Oh wonder it was region locked and I could not use it. SO I contacted the company and within 2h they replied and said only a refund is possible from GAMIVO.

They got a screenshot of the refund message, of the failed bot gift.

I opened a ticket. NOW if I am LUCKY I get one message every 2 days.

They ask for screenshots of all your steam purchases and all kinds of bull$#*! to win time.

Now after 4 days I get a message that, they have to contact the other company to see what to do.

The level of incompetence and $#*!edness is through the roof. Especially their fake $#*! support names to hide the fact that the are using some $#*!t outsourced Indian support service.

STAY AWAY; GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PEOPLE THAT CARE

I got scammed 2 days ago and their support is a $#*!n dog$#*! ape
I send a video after they ask picture for prove. I tell them it's better if i send a video, and i send a full video with the key activation and they send this replay
"As requested, please send **full, unedited screenshots in a. Jpg or. Png format**."
They are a bunch of retärd i don't care if they not give me a code or my money back, but NEVER EVER buy something on GAMIVO, trust me, good looking website, but trash support and scammers.

Fast and reliable delivery

I am satisfied with the delivery time and the prices on this platform. The only issue is that one game, Escape from Tarkov to be exact, didn't quite work, I am pretty sure I got a trial key. So I don't recommend buying that specific game from this website, but all the other games I bought work well, and I got them for a very good price as well. The 24/7 assistance is also very good. I hate waiting up to 5 working days to get a response. I managed to resolve all my issues within a couple of minutes of speaking to the support staff, which were some really nice and helpful people. Props to them!

Good but not great

The experience went pretty well at first like buying 6 successful purchases until i bought another game that was just 12 dollars when i bought it the seller gave me a used key instead, of course i contacted support lets just say it went well at first from them responding when i provided all the information needed but they offered a replacement code i said "yes i would like to receive the offered replacement code" 4 days later and im still waiting for them to respond
