I was really doubtful after reading reviews from other sites. Found a game on here for Xbox One about 65% off. Got a redemption code right away and downloaded my game.

Ready the other negative reviews and you'll see that this is a scam. I tried to make a purchase for a game and they refused to give me the game code without first sending them PHOTOS OF PASSPORT! Needless to say, this right out of the document phishing playbook. Avoid at all costs!
This site has to be the worst customer support ever made get run round ignore your complain then if you put bad review on trust pilot gamivo accuses you of not contacting company which i have no support still then reports you how childish i dont recommend to anyone not as adverstised on site you dont receive the service which is bad customer support this is how i feel i cant recomen also for future promoting such as future streamer will go elsewhere for this as gamivo cant be trusted
Was sold a code that had already been used almost a month ago now and I still haven't received a refund, tried to fob me off with credit for the site even though I said several times I wanted my money back. Literally no point spending the extra money on buyer protection. If this is the type of care I got with it I would hate to see how this situation is approached without it.

The key was valid for 3 days only. I contacted support, got an answers 2 day later asking me to conctact support from the publisher. The publisher does not answers. So here i am stuck between 2 support ticket without a game to play.
I wish i just brough the game on the official web site...
I was charged for a game but the download would not work. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not had a response.
Its beeing a month and thereis no answer to resolve my problem. There not even a mail for follow up
Will not use again game did not download and was duped into paying a subscription
