As other people have stated had issues with support. They almost wanted to know my underwear size to verifiy the payment. Which is fair enough but it was easier for me to pay a few cents more and use a company that I had already purchased from so the receipt was instant.

I then asked for a refund and then they were up for me not sending so much information. Which then makes me think isn't that interesting you can get your delivery with less security questions if you ask for a refund. Wow how safe is that!

Anyway they then agreed to a refund but said it would be put on a list and take days to refund. Absolute joke I am sure it's a button they press and it should be instant. Anyway will never purchase from these guys again. There are much better alternatives.

*Update: Weeks later still no refund paypal have now taking the claim. Also sitejabber are actively helping them stop bad reviews by requesting much more information (which many people wont be bothered to submit) so the reviews are much worse than they seem...*

I recently purchased a game needless to say that the process was tedious but that wasn't the point.
When you checkout your product they automatically subscribe you to their website and you have to pay per month.
I didn't even notice because they show it on a very small pop up untill today when I saw on my bill that they have been charging me for the past two months.
After explaining this to customer service they reply that it cannot be refunded.
I don't care about the money they took I got plenty, it's the disgusting experience this website provides and trickery.
I'm definitely suggesting any other web site than this.
This is a huge fraud.

So far i have not gotten a working key from them. Their support team needed a bunch of screen shots and a more detailed description of "the key was already used". So they are selling bunk keys. I have to wait on the "retailer"(isnt gamivo the retailer) to respond after sending all the screenshots. A LOT of work for a 3 dollar game, i assume they figure noone will go through the hassle over 3 bucks and its just money in the bank for them. Duplicate keys for sale is illegal. I just want MK9 like i payed for. Will update and change this if i do indeed get my copy of MK9 like i payed for.

Advertised a PC cd key for modern warfare and received and Xbox key. I asked for a refund and it took them a week to agree to give me one once it was sold. One week more later and I was told that it was sold and they want to give me store credit. Wtf? I said no thank you, please send me this back in the original form of payment. Guess what? No reply for a week so now I'm contacting my bank and paypal because these guys just made double the money on one game and they're a freaking scam.
