I have had nothing but good experience using this site!
Previously I had been with G2A but thought that paying a fee to being a customer who doesn't use it week in week out, to outrageous!
Gamivo was the answer to my prayer, it has a large and varied selection of games and other software, at great prices!
There is also a grade system that helps you when buying some games, which is really helpful!
I would recommend Gamivo to any of my friends and to anybody who reads my review!
Great site made a mistake on last review it was for a different site I do have a new issue but hoping to get it resolved through tickets merchant DiamondSeller seems to be selling used steam keys that don't work
Their support pretend that their keys allow the user to extend their subscription. But after buying it turns out these are promotional keys that don't allow subscription extention. Then they don't want to give any refund, even though I bought their protection warranty. They try to trick you into believing they will attempt to re-sell your keys to check if you didn't use them before sending a refund. I accepted once and I never saw my money back: nothing proves they are even trying to sell them. After many exchanges of messages through their support and their incessant requests to get the same screenshots again and again I decided to submit this review.
The game code was ok, but they tried yo charge me 2'47 every month for a SMART service that I never asked (Or that I accepted hidden in a obscure terms and conditions paragraph). I felt scammed.
Did not play or activate the game as could not okay on my platform but was told no refund can be given
Everything works pretty well, site is easy to use, my purchase were quick and efficient as in getting the thing I paid for, etc
The site was recommended to me by a friend who said that Gamivo buy lots of licences and then sell off the codes cheaply. It was easy to pay and download code. Highly recommend.

J ai acheté un jeux steam sur votre site mais la clef est dupliqué et ne fonctionne pas. J'ai ouvert un ticket avec votre service client qui ma demander des CAPTURES d'écran comme preuves.
Et après plusieurs semaine d'attente, ont me demande de contacter steam directement! C'est intolérable! Je n'es pas a contacter steam, vous me vendez une clef de jeux qui ne marche pas, et en plusieurs semaines vous êtes incapable de trouver une véritable solution, je vais employer des moyens juridique. I am not aware of subscribing to "Gamivo". I think I was forced to do that when I only wanted to by a game. I never got any discount for that, by the way.
I paid for FIFA20 27$ then your website took another 40$.
Until now i dont know the reason.
Good for cheap keys, haven't had a problem on 5 different occasions. But still a 3rd party seller is buying at your own risk!

It took over 2 weeks just to get a refund. When I first say I want a refund direct to my bank account I am told I can be given a voucher for their website. Waiting 3/4 days for responses only to be told I have to wait 48 hours and if I didn't get a response from Gamivo in that time to then message them again. They do not listen to the customers requests at all but instead ignore what they ask and give an alternative when the customer has the right to ask for a refund to their bank as the product was faulty. Never again will I be getting a game key from this website. Disgraceful
