Haven't had a key fail and never had much of a problem otherwise
I made the purchase at 17:25 and didn't receive the key in the next 20 minutes, so I opened a case at 17:45 (*******) and waited again for 2 more hours. I decided to contact you on Discord and got an answer almost inmediately. I finally received my key at 20:00.

Purchased this game, there should be Italian language as advertised, but once i proceed with the game installation from Origin app, Italian language was not available.
English is the only language present in the game. Before the installation starts, ask me to choose one language between: English, Francais, Espanol, Portugues.
I have subscribed game protection but the customer service answer very slowly, i don't see this priority as they advertise...
Can I have a licence of this game with Italian language as i paid for? Until now they haven't fix the problem and i didn't get refunded.
This site is a Scam.
I bought a code for PSN.
Couldn't redeem the code as it had already been used.
Called the customer support.
I am being asked for screenshots and information for 12 days now.
I have provided everything and they still haven't resolved my issue.
At this point I opened a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back as I was scammed by Gamivo.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE! I bought a steam game that the code has been allready used in someone's else account, i gave them the pictures of the steam with their account that doesn't let me put it in my library... i sent a whole list of my library games to them... i sent them and some messanges within the paypal and they did not responding! I opened a dispute in Paypal to get my full money refund... Watch out my friends...! Do not buy from them and do not buy with your card directly... Only with Paypal and i did not suggest you...! Note that i have 3-4 days of my purchase date tha i am waiting...!
Same as other people said they activate your subscription without your notice and then they tell you no u activated even if it didnt even charge u back then / take care and dont use this site it will scam you
