I purchased GTA V for the Xbox one,
The thing is, It was stated that the product was available but that wasn't actually the case.
I contacted the client service, very friendly guys I must say but I had to wait until the morning for my "key" than I got an account instead...
I got the login and password but I needed a code to unlock it, on gamevivo is stated that It would take 10-15minutes. I waited An hour didn't recieve the account unlock code. I waited hours for the client service and finally got the unlock code.
At the end I didn't recieve a code for my account but an account which also makes it possible to play when I'm logged in at both accounts at the same time. But this is NOT what I wanted and what was promised tot me.
I'm dissapointed.
Obtained a 6 month license and product was verified by product co. It actually ended up being an 8 month license.
Every time I purchase with Gamivo I'm left satisfied.

I honestly thought this was going to be a scam, but it wasn't! I got what I needed in a few minutes and it worked. This is now my go-to place when I need a game.
Whenever you purchase something on Gamivo it automatically subscribes you to SMART without even telling you.
I paid for a used key and so far they have not found a solution to solve the problem (send a valid key or reimbursement options). The first and last time when I buy something from them. If you want a secure purchase, try another key resellers asking about whether a seller is legit.

You scaming people to pay some subscription, wich if you dont look atomaticly continue untill you unsubscribe

This place always seems fake by how cheap they sell it. I have made sverall purchases and all of them went swimmingly.
Received a 20% off voucher as a previous customer. Put the code in and the 20% price was shown all the way through checkout until I paid on Paypal. Two orders were submitted, one with the code was not processed but one without was. Support responded very quickly but were unable to help, even just giving me credit to the amount I missed out on would have been appreciated.
