Never ever purchase anything from this site. Like others, I also got scammed. They have been auto charging $4.61 monthly even after canceling subscription. Support is trash. Tried everything and there is no way to stop them from charging me every month.

I bought 4 keys form gamivo and all stopped working after some days. Their keys are timebombing.
It has been 4 years since they stole money with their gamivo SMART subscription.
I unchecked the option to get the subscription, but somehow they say I didn't. They own the website, who can prove them wrong?

Support is really bad at doing a job, they didn't help me disable auto renewal on first month of subscription and because of that i got second month and i requested refund and they said that i already used some discount code and that they cannot refund me it. Subscription is meant to save you money but i just lost my money with it

I bought 3 game premium keys in 2023. They gave me 3 games from 2012, 2014 and 2016 (supposedly premium AAA games that i never heard off). Worse part is when i gave them a review they constantly rejected it. I mean how on earth a business can reject a review.Scammers

This site is a scam. They sell codes that have already been activated and at the same time they sign you up for a fee to a subscription to the website which is re-occurring. When I opened a support ticket they responded saying they would cancel the subscription after the first month and would provide no refund for the Game Key since it was already activated. Total scam. STAY away!

I bought the game Minecraft legend. The system prompted me to open the code. I refused to unlock the code and forced a refund. Today the money is not in the account and nobody knows anything. So ask where the problem is! The system wrote that I will give the money within a month.

Screw this website. I tried SMART once, and then immediately deactivated the sub, but somehow it continued for 2 motnhs without me knowing. Scammers!

This isn't the only site that sells game keys and steam-gifts at a reduced price. After all, everyone who visits this page knows about Kinguin, G2A or Eneba. The probability of encountering the used or fraud keys on previously listed sites from personal experience is about the same. However, it's quite another thing how site support helps to solve this problem. And in this case GAMIVO takes the palm of the first. First of the worst support on all such sites.
But that's not my main complaint.
Like many others, I've encountered hidden "fees" which, by the way, the representatives of GAMIVO don't name as such and deny the existence of this kind of fees. Although, when it comes to fees, we usually imagine payment system fees, not a subscription which will be forgotten as soon as you leave the order page and which no one will ever use. Moreover, unlike subscription, the fees of payment systems paid only once. What? I said "subscription", did I? That's correct. So-called hidden fees is the subscription called GAMIVO SMART, which goes along with the usual fees. But you only get that from an invoice that nobody normally checks and looks at.
The most clown thing is when you want to cancel your subscription. To do that, you have to try really hard. First, the subscription cancel button is made in static font and in dark shades and placed in an unnoticeable place on the bottom left of the GAMIVO SMART page. Second, it actually will not be canceled immediately, but only after you click on the LINK that will be sent to your E-MAIL in 24 hours. As for this link, you'll have to wait a long time for it, and certainly not a couple of hours.
Verdict: use time-tested websites, direct competitors to GAMIVO. In my many years of experience, I swear I've never had such a problem anywhere except there.

They auto-opt-in the checkbox on every purchase. My keys did NOT work and they then opted me into a $4.50 recurring charge that I didn't notice for a long time. Shame on me - but they refused to refund ANY of these and I had no idea this charge was even there. Their opt-out is hidden deceptively, then their final opt-out is disguised as a final button but you have to click a different button to finalize. Everything these guys do is to steal and is done in bad faith. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY. Plenty of other sellers then to support these villains.
They added a subscription without asking for it, it's horrible, I spent a lot of money and I have nothing. They don't refund my money
Sent me a key for a game, description of game in product description. Didn't work on Mac as described, and was an old documentary. No compromise, no refund... as they say they sent me a product key... which was completely useless, and not as described. Would recommend to stay away from these guys
Gamivo use the age old tactic of multiple re-selections of their useless subscription option.
To unsubscribe they have a neutral unsub button and during the process highlight options to cancel the cancellation in an attempt to get you to click the wrong section.
There are a few videos on youtube regarding this if you look about. Additionally, you will notice that they reply and use deflection as a response, or "offer to help" (you cannot get a refund, but as you very likely want nothing more to do with them, they get to mark the review as "attempted to help")
Judging from the massive amount of 1 stars here and 5 stars on trust pilot you can reach the conclusion that they pay for good reviews. Unfortunatly for them, a 2 word google search of "gamivo" and "scam" returns enough of these subscribe tricks to better inform people.
Buying from users is all good but the site itself adds hidden charges and when confronted about it they take forever to respond and usually ends with them pretty much telling you to go f yourself. Asked for a refund and to cancel subscription and they said no.

I have bought 2-month xbox live code, it was already been used when I purchased and tested it, support didn't even answer for 4+ hours and didn't give me a replacement or refund, I can see why customers are dissatisfied, I recommend you guys not to buy from this website, they are scammers. Answer: Scam. I bought ms Office but the key had already been used, they sent me a new key & it was also used. They are flat out refusing to give me a refund. Terrible! Do not use GAMIVO.com
