I purchased Disney + subscription. The code didn't work so I opened the ticket. They said they won't issue a refund! I even bought buyer protection.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS WBESITE!

Absolute worse service ever, Bought like 6 xbox codes (aprox 500$ total value) All of them worked fine until last one, which was wrong currency (SGD instead of USD) so not usable in USA, sent all the proof they asked for and they replied everyday with something else, not even looking into issue, they said that they have to sell the code to someone else to validate that its not used without even looking into the previous proof about it not being in USD, will never deal with them again, this is first negative review i have ever written and i have bought 100s of games and codes on different websites, absolute disaster

They sell just fake

Bought for the first time the Bitdefender Internet Security 3 months key, it was impossible to activate it, the Bitdefender support answer to me that "license was a part of an Online Giveaway and the license is Not For Resale".
Leaving a negative feedback on Gamivo website they refuse to publish it, of course they will show you the best ones only.
Not for last, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME to send them any documents/screenshots to proof you're right and their key is a fake, they will continue to ask you the same documents like they never received them yet.
STAY AWAY

Hi guys,

I would like to confirm that the site is legit or at least in my case.
In the last 2 days, I bought a total of 10 games and I have received 10 Xbox codes from them.
So, yes, I did more than 5 transactions and I can confirm that I have installed successfully all games on my Xbox console.

But it was so annoying for me when after the 3rd or 4th transaction they did not give me the codes immediately. They are put on hold until I provided them with ID, name, and photo, and written on the paper their company name. However, successfully I have finished the complete process with their customer service - Maya.
And yes, they are not asking ID number or a copy from your 2nd page of the ID. They have asked me to send them only the photo from ID with name, photo and date of birth, BUT without an ID number and without the 2nd page of the ID (address and other things).
After 10 mins, I got all codes from them and I have installed on my Xbox console as well.

PS I will update you if I have any kind of issues with the codes in the future.

Don't accept Paypal, they're pushing to use Debit/Credit Card, highly suspicious for Scam! Highly advised to use safe payment methods instead of falling for this Scam site. Also they try to throw you into a monthly paid subscription service.

I did buy couple of Discord 3 months nitro trail from them and everything was okay until i paid for TRY steam gift card.
The payment is on hold and they take my money and told me they need an ID for A PROF BC there F System flagged my ACC as a suspicious? Dude i Paid USING PAYPAL. PAYPAL HAS my
F ID MF what kind of BULLSH! T IS THAT?

My daughter bought a game from them 3 years ago and unbeknownst to her and me they automatically checked a monthly subscription box for 3 bucks a month. She didn't know and I thought it was some gaming thing she had when I finally noticed it. I finally asked her about it and she had no idea what I was talking about. I have been paying them 3 bucks a month for 3 years for nothing. No service, no product, no permission to charge me. I blocked them. This is bull$#*!.

Stole my money

Tried to buy a code for psn+ said my payment was denied so i tried a different method assuming an international error, this too was cancelled. I then received 2 reciepts from my financial companies saying i paid, gamivo says orders didnt go through and im left paying 2x for nothing despite sending screenshots to customer service.

Smart subscription NOT so smart again. Watch out when buying a game. Sometimes they will add the smart subscription to your basket and if you are not carefull end up charging you money every month. I'm sure they are gonna write an elaborate explanation telling why it is the costumers job to make sure they read the fineprint. Doesn't matter we all know this is not our job. Otherwise great website.

Gamivo "selling" things you didnt order - and then blame you for the mistake. I ordered one game-version but was given another version. I never actively choose the game version I ended up with. Gamivo somehow changed it without listing/showing it clearly. The possibility of this they deny, but I know what I clicked/ordered.
On top of this they secretly slip a monthly subscription of 2 euros in your order. I clearly unchecked that option initially, but they apparently slip it back in before final payment, and NOT showing it (unless you hit/clik a tiny, hidden, not intuitive small arrow - im told afterwards...)
This way of buiness tells a lot about Gamivo, so if you want to get tricked go ahead doing buisness with Gamivo.

I was signed up to a subscription I never wanted, although I did not click on the "SMART" price when putting the software to my shopping cart.

Even if, as they say in their answers to other negative reviews, the SMART subscription is allegedly displayed during the ordering process. I did not see this, it is well hidden.

This is a con, you should not have to "opt-out" of them selling your money.

Also the original purchase was not use because it was an unsupported version.

The support staff are also useless, just repeating the same script and not actually helping with anything.

They hiddenly subscribe you for their 3 EUR monthly useless subscription when you buy something. They never refund it.

Avoid them and don't even give them your credit card details if you don't want to be a victim of a fraud!

Deceptive practices

Bought my son the Disney mega pack key through PayPal. To start, the key was already activated and not by me. They also have a smart subscription that is already checked, not noticeable at all, very deceptive and shows me that the $2.00 "subscription service" when they don't even provide a service for that fee, (they give you discounts that don't even work) they think it will go unnoticed or someone won't go through the trouble to cancel or remove the reoccurring fee. When trying to cancel a subscription (that I never wanted nor was aware I was being signed up for in the first place) it is so hard to find. After an hour of digging you have to go in account settings AND confirm via email. An hour after purchasing I am now going through them and PayPal to get a refund, but am not holding my breathe. Seems they think they need the money more, than their consumers/customers. Not a smart business practice

Sleazy hidden subscription model, actual grifters

The product was delivered but they made me a subscriber into something called Gamivo SMART. WITHOUT CLEARLY INFORMING ME.

I assume there was a fine print that I unknowingly signed, written in Aramaic, composed into a riddle, and mirrored backwards.

If you are about to make me pay monthly for something that I don't remember being explained to me, LET ME KNOW.

I'm so furious. I lost like a couple of bucks, but it's the principle that matters.

Edit: You can't just unsubscribe. You first have to go to Dashboard. Then select Gamivo SMART. Then you need to find the little grey text (2nd photo) at the bottom. AND THEN THEY SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL "WITHIN 24 HOURS" THAT YOU NEED TO CLICK. This is pure grift!

Since my "Smart" subscription involves a 24/7 customer support, I checked to see if they can unhook me from this alleged service. Apparently they are experiencing "increased traffic" and it may take longer. Wow.

Go to their subreddit and take a look. It's pretty telling what people think of this "service".

If this site ever gets an DDOS attack, I'll be toasting to the hackers!
