Warning! DO NOT purchase anything from this site. They put you on a subscription without your consent. Which automatically charges you on a monthy basis. Once you find out and try and ask for a refund, they do not provide a refund, instead make it look like you can cancel now moving forward. Worst customer service and also most unethical.

They will sell you a used Microsoft key (ex. Visio).
When you try to add the key to your Microsoft account, you will get an error.
When you complain using the support they will tell you to install the software from some shady servers, for sure with some kind of virus.
You refuse to install the software, they will tell you that to confirm that you did not use the key, they will have to sell it to other customer... Infinite loop...

ITS ONLY £35 BUT IM SO ANGRY HAD HOW THEY HAVE SCAM PEOPLE & DONT OFFER REFUNDS WHEN THEY CHARGING £12 - 15 FOR A £2 - £3 CODE.

Its a good service I have used for years, very scarcely sometimes you have to wait in case something goes wrong if you pick up not the correct or most reliable supplier, as gamivo is intermediary. But majority of times reliable, or more reliable than competition.

This company used to be good but since recently they are misleading those who are using an affiliate link to advertise them and I have proof of that. They are not clear and transparent and they are hiding behind this "GAMIVO reserevs the right to exclude specific products and discount coupons from applying affiliate commission". This means they don't tell you which products or discount codes won't give you fees, so they can just exclude everything since they are not transparent.
From my own experience, I did advertise them for months, got a lot of fees since the members of my server and my friends were using my link, and recently I saw zero earning from my link even when I have a high amount of clicks. I asked my friends and members and got confirmation that they have used my link while purchasing. We both contacted Gamivo and got that "GAMIVO reserevs the right to exclude specific products and discount coupons from applying affiliate commission" answer, which they use to hide behind it.
It all started on May 1. Just for comparison the moment I saw this misleading attitude and how they didn't want to do anything about it, I switched to g2a affiliate and already earned a lot. They pay you less but they are transparent and you get your money from each click and purchase unlike on Gamivo! Those scammers only want you to advertise them for free that's why they pay you at the beginning and then they stop doing it, thinking that you won't notice and that people who are brought to the site by you will continue to buy from them.
P.S. Some of my members still has the affiliate link bookmarked so they are still clicking and I earn zero. As per this picture, you can see 17 clicks and zero earnings while people are using my affiliate link to purchase. I removed their advertise link from my server. I suggest you to remove yours as well, do not advertise them, leave them negative review and stay away from scammers.

Bought a key but didn't receive any key 0/5 points, can't recommend this site to anyone who want to get legit keys

Bought a 50 RDP CALs license on the 16th of november. When trying to activate i get the message it is already activated.

Still no working key after 9 days of mailing with support. It's a waste of money and time.

Eventhough i bought RDP cals they send me on day 2 and 5 a solution to activate windows. Noobs i didnt buy windows i bought RDP cals

My advice to everyone not to buy any license key here.

If you still want to buy keys here be sure to disable smart with each order. You will get a useless monthly subscription to nothing. Support of this company is crap.

Dodgy company. Offer you a 15% off a product voucher then sign you up

I paid £4 for a Now tv code and they've taken £26 out of my account for a subscription I haven't used.

If they were a honest company they'd see it hadn't been used and give you your money back

If they email you any codes with a discount avoid and put in spam box.
Also many people are saying their codes don't work,
Won't give you their managers name or address. It says in Linkedin they are Poles but says address based in Silema.

As the title says, I'm already fighting for days with the support who is either just totally dumb, or only cares about the money to support fraud or is not capable of doing it's job.

I got a 2 week Game Pass Ultimate key with the description of "not working with an ACTIVE subscription". But it also doesn't work if the account had a subscription before.

At that time the Gamivo Support tried to involve me in some shady "we can list it for resale in your name" but actually didn't offer a full refund including the payment fees. With a resale the money I'd receive would probably be much less.

I just got it confirmed from Microsoft Support that the key is a special key for new customers only.

So the Support is unable to support, customer care is non-existent, they obviously don't contact the Platform the key is meant for to easily solve the issue or at least confirm what the scammed buyer tells.

Take care when buying from them! It is their JOB to solve FRAUDS that happen on THEIR page!

Gamivo have an auto subscription scam! Lots of people have reported only becoming aware of this scam when looking at their online banking, despite not being aware of off using any perks of this subscription, gamivo refuse to refund any money they have taken!

I ordered a Kaspersky Total Security antivirus from them, paid via Paypal. They have sent a wrong, region blocked code and now they are making all miseries to not refund my money, they are asking to send a printscreen about the wrong code, but these miserables have sent a link which is not working since the date when I signaled them that I want back my money, an obsolete link which is making impossible to take a screenshot about the problem. Even I sent them screenshots which are proving clearly that now I am using only Kaspersky Anti-Virus and McAfee bought from other companies. So avoid them, they are swindlers and cheaters!

I got a Guildwars 2 key from the site.

First experience - Key is not valid... what just received from them or from one of their dealers.

Well, it can happen, so I took screenshots and contacted their service. Problem could be solved by simply sending a new valid key.

Write now since 2 days and the only thing I from hear from them... please be patient, contact the dealer, they usually answer very fast... well fast for me is within 24 to solve the problem and not constantly stall the customer with empty words.

I will cancel the order tonight and can only say to Gamivo... never again I BUY there.

Twice in a row, they sold me bad keys (i have indisputable evidence)
BEWARE THIS COMPANY. They sell bad keys and then they tell you "they" will look into it, then when you ask "why" it's taking so long, they try and make you get your money back from the company selling it (as if they have no involvement). I had this issue a year ago, "forgot" about it, came back and got another game. It was a dead key and they asked for a TON of evidence from me... then did NOTHING. This is not how you do business. When i complain, they wanted "me" to make it right. This company takes no responsibilities for the sales they are involved in and are nothing more than an online headache. If this had been Steam, i would have had it cleared up within 24-40 hours.

It gets worse, this "Melody" asked me to provide evidence that i didn't use the game license. So i had technicians from Oculus (who sells the game) state it wasn't in my library. They send both emails and i had screen captures. Obviously the woman didn't intend on refunding because he reules were so ANAL no one could abide by them. The technician, from Oculus, Alvaro said, "There is some information i just cannot send her" and she (Melody) would not accept it.

I had indisputable evidence that i didn't have the game in my library and she still wouldn't refund me.

These people are thieves and not to be trusted.

Codes are not working! Bought the license keys for Anno 1800 and it did not work. Now they don't want to refund me the money anymore even though I showed them pictures and a evidence that the code is invalid. I am discussing with the support team since days and they are not refunding me the money. I bought it from another page instead and everything works fine! GAMIVO is completely a disaster.

Gamivo does offer some good deals, but they are fundamentally dishonest. Let me explain: when you purchase a product and come to the payment page, there is a (mostly) hidden item that is checked by default. This item is a "subscription" service and Gamivo will continue to charge you for it month after month. Also, try getting a refund for this unwanted subscription and you will be flooded with reasons why the "subscription" is super good for you. They will never issue a refund. For this reason, I suggest buyers go to different cd keys companies.

I received a steam key for a game with a similar name. It was Inversion(subid *******, appid *******). It's not the game what I have purchased. I'm looking only for Inversion 2012(appid *******) and not activated the game(subid *******) because already have this. To many sites provides wrong keys for Inversion 2012. But only on Gamivo support does't understand how to check the key.

They asking for your personal data and screenshots when is key not used. They don't care about users who purchased this game after me. All they do is follow their own rules, but not trying to help with issue that is not on my side. And reseller GameSaloon is still selling Inversion on the store page of Inversion 2012.

Be careful and please don't buy anything on their website. They protect sellers and only follow their own rules. No one will help you if something goes wrong.

Despite trying to opt out of the reoccurring monthly SMART subscription, when I order a license, I ended up with a subscription. So, I cancelled the subscription, confirmed the cancellation, and... got billed the following month anyway. When I contacted their support they claim that I received a discount when I purchased the license, so that therefore they cannot cancel or refund the reoccurring charge. Totally fraudulent

Many people may be wondering if this is a legit site, it is and way cheaper than Steam. They give you the keys right away

I bought a key on gamivo. They took my money, my bank tells me it is taken. Gamivo says they didn't get the money and I should contact Skrill, even I told them "I can't contact Skrill since they don't answer me" they are still telling me to contact skrill. Customer support is worse than an AI. Don't buy from this website.
