Stay away from this money hustling joke! Every purchase I've had with them, there was an issue. The latest was purchasing a seat 1 on the end. I get the transfer and it says seat 7. Gametime tells me they review the order and that's what I purchased. I would have never bought a seat 7 in my life. They do no not show you what you're actually purchasing until after you've bought and they have their outrageous fees. Look at the other reviews. They are rated a 1 for a reason. The 1 isn't for being an industry leader. Stay way from Gametime!
Ordered 7 tickets for a Dodger game, around $2,000 and my order was accepted one week prior. Game time said my tickets would be ready the day of the game. They were not, they had been double sold. I was offered alternative tickets hours prior to the game (my group was already on our way) and I was told the transfer of tickets would take "a while". They NEVER came and I was told they "became unavailable". I happen to be watching the same offered tickets in another website and the owner was raising the ticket prices, presumably a negotiating tactic by the owner with Gametime to get more money. All 7 of us were literally left waiting at the park gates. Ordered similar tickets in STUBHUB and was able to download them instantly. I'm now waiting 3-5 business days for my Gametime refund. $2,000 are being held hostage as my nightmare continues.
They have a price match or lowest price guarantee and they DO NOT HONOR THAT! I emailed them proof of a much lower price than I paid and they NEVER responded or honored it! Just quit responding. VERY RUDE!
If Yankee Stadium ticket sales says this company is not reputable … listen. This company sold tickets at one price. Then said the seller had an issue and gave me another choice. Then said seller issue and gave me a 3rd choice to buy. Seats were not as good. Said I had to purchase for the better ticket price. Bait and switch. Then didn't send tickets until after game started. Then I couldn't get them because I need an app I don't have and my phone said was not a legit site. They say the managers are busy. They do t come to the phone. Lies lies lies about all policy.
I bought tickets to the Braves game over a month in advance. I compared several sites and prices in the 200 level of the ball park. By comparison GameTime had the best deal. (Comparable but was best option). So I clicked on the 200s range seats from the map of the ball park and it showed there were four seats available together which I added to cart. After paying for the seats and additional fees my total came out to $260. I received an email confirmation not showing the information of where the seats where. It just said four seats purchased for $260 and that Ticketmaster would be sending me the tickets before the game. This was the first time it was disclosure that the tickets would come from Ticketmaster. Well just a couple days before the game I received an email with my tickets from Ticketmaster and it said my seats were in the 433 section on Row 10. This is the highest/worst seating in the stadium right beside general admission. The tickets now right before the game start are in the $20 range. So I paid $260 for four tickets over a month before the game to receive tickets in the nose bleed section. GameTime was difficult to contact and no help. They said they could not do anything unless I could show a screen shot of where I booked the tickets in the 200 section of the stadium but of course the confirmation they sent did not have the section on it. I am livid and hope these tickets actually work to scan when I get to the stadium. Don't by tickets though Gametime. I should have read more reviews before purchasing.
BUYER BEWARE! I bought tickets on Gametime (Dodgers/Giants) and they forwarded me tickets from the mlb ballpark app. Logged into the official MLB ballpark app, saw my tickets, went to the game. Went to scan in and the lady said "these tickets are no good." She then had me check another method and "sorry sir, these are no good and you'll have to go to the box office." Embarrassment is an understatement. I was there with my 13 yr old and now I have to go figure out how I got fake tickets on a site I thought was reputable. I think the bigger scam/joke in all of this is Gametime offered me a "credit" to purchase more tickets from them AFTER I just got scammed?! Do they realize once you scam a customer and publicly embarrass them that the will not want to use the service again? Unbelievable. DO NOT USE THIS DIRTY BUSINESS!
This company employs folks who do not like their jobs and in return the service provided is awful. Badly run company
Bought tickets, paid, got to the game, tailgating and got a text we don't have the tickets. Do not use this site.
I purchased four tickets to the Braves dodgers game for 792 dollars and was promised all week the tickets were being transferred to my Ticketmaster account. Not only did I never receive them and had to buy four more from a legit site. After asking for my refund all communication stopped. Stay away from these scam artists.
This site is a complete scam. I clicked on a ticket price of $34 for baseball tickets and entered my information, the email that I got says congratulations and shows they charged me a total of $50 a ticket. There was no confirmation before checkout to confirm a price just a confirm of the number of tickets, where they are and a map of the venue with the arrow saying $34 and pointing to the section.
They never showed me the fees nor had me submit my purchase but some how I purchased tickets. They even admit to not having all my information as I got to phone number and didn't put it in. They won't refund, only give me credit and I called them with in a minute of getting an email saying I purchased tickets.
Bought tickets 6 months before the concert he wanted to attend and they tell him day of Concert is oversold. Buyer Beware!
They say no hidden fees. They display on the website tickets for 62 each. We were charged $27 each ticket in taxes and fees. There are hidden fees. Beware!
They won't stand behind their claim as they display the hidden fees on the last step before checking out.

Wow, purchased tickets only to be told later the tickets are no longer available. Now my son is completely devastated that he can't go to the game. Why do you put tickets up for sale and charge people, then decide you don't want to honor the sale?

Gametime is a scam of the highest order. They charged me three times for the same purchase yet never sent me the tickets. When I contacted them, they said they sent it to someone else's email and can't help me. I am reporting them to the police. Scammers of the highest order.
This is the must unethical company ever. They treat customers like crap and don't care if games get rescheduled or canceled you'll never get your money back! Don't make the same mistake I did. You get what you pay for… crappy seats, $#*!y costumer service and the worst experience ever!
I am trying to stay positive about Gametime but seems this site can't deliver as promised - we are significantly out of pocket and can't seem to gain answers from Gametime mgt - I will advise where this leads but I warn all I think you are highly at risk of losing money or inferior seats - stay tuned
AWFUL customer service. They are just a middle man with Ticketmaster. Concert postponed because of covid. I am unavailable on new date and cannot go. They won't refund or even swap the ticket for another date. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
Sold me tickets for the New Year's day KU big12 opener but the team got switched due to covid and my tickets are no longer good, they refuse to refund my money in full because the game may be rescheduled for god knows when. The people I bought them for will be home by then we'll over 300 miles away and for all we know the game could be rescheduled at the opponents place in TX. They claim they are honest but look at most reviews of this company everyone has the same complaints.
Go to Ticketmaster or directly through the venue anywhere but here!
I purchased 2 event tickets through GameTime on 10/4/19, they took $164 from my debit card on that date. On the day of the event, 10/13/19, they say the tickets are transferred to FlashSeats. FlashSeats say the tickets are transferred to AXS Tickets. So I had access to all 3 apps waiting for the tickets to come through to be scanned at event entrance. The tickets never came through, I took off work, drove 2 hours, and stood outside the event for 2 hours to be told I could not get in because the tickets never showed. Even if I did receieve them, there should be some sort of history that I used them or recieved them but I have nothing at all! I've reached out to all 3 busineses customer service, they all just keep pointing the finger at each other but GameTime is the app that took money, its in my bank statement. I paid for services/product that I never received. I've tried emailing GameTime, chatting, and calling. They hung up on me or ended the convo without resolution twice. They offered me a $25 credit for their site, which I will never use of course, as I will never use their services again but I do want my full $164 refunded. Their site says they have 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but that is obviously nothing close to the truth. I should have read other reviews because hundreds if not thousands of other people have gotten scammed by them as well. I rate this -0
