Purchased tickets to a hockey game, I do not live in a big city so had to travel for hrs with my family spend money on fuel, food and, hotels to get to the game. 6 hrs before the game started I recieved a text message saying that I could not have my tickets, sorry about my luck. No help to be had, zero f***s to give. So now I am out $1000 for a trip to a hockey game that I did not get to see! If I could give less than 1 star I a hundred percent would!

MY HUSBAND WENT TO THIS APP TO SEE HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE THE PRICE WOULD B FROM TICKET MASTERS AND IT WAS A BIG DID SO MY HUSBAND PURCHASED THE TICKETS FROM TICKET MASTERS FOR MY SON 21ST BDAY FOE A LAKERS AND HAWKS GAME AND THE NEXT MORNING HE CHECKED HIS ACCOUNT AND THEY GAME TIME HAD TOOK 500$ OUT IF HIS ACCOUNT AND THAT WAS N JANUARY THE 7TH AND TODAY IS MARCH 7TH AND THEY STILL WONT GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK AND WE BROUGHT FROM TICKET MASTERS BANK HAS TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH AND STILL NOTHING WHO DO WE NEED TO CALL AT THIS POINT IM ABOUT TO CALL THE NEWS CAUSE 500$ IS ALOT OF MONEY TO JUST DISAPPEAR OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT DONT EVEM DOWNLOAD THE APP THEY ARE A RIP OFF I DIDNT WONT TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS

I saw the event on Gametime listed as Xscape. Tickets. There was no other event name listed. I purchased the tickets believing I was buying tickets to an xscape concert. When the event occurred I learned the event was named something else and was a variety of artists with Xscape being one of them. However the group was not present at the event. And the event was callecd Scam and Jam. I called Gametime and indicated that it was not an xscape concert and they refused to acknowledge they had engaged in false and misleading advertisements and refused to refund my money.

On February 4th, I purchased tickets to a basketball game through Gametime. I purchased tickets to a Friday night game, and then proceed to purchase tickets to the next home game on the following Sunday. When I purchased the Sunday tickets, I never got a confirmation. They also asked for personal info that they didn't ask when I purchased the Friday night tickets. After a long time of not getting any emails or confirmations of purchase, I downloaded the app. I entered in my email many times and never got an email to be able to set up an account. Feeling like I had been scammed, I immediately tried to find a customer service number for Gametime. When I was finally able to find a phone number (I have never had to search so much for a customer service number), it wouldn't ring. When I called the next day, I was hung up on and got no where. I simply want the money back for the tickets. We still haven't received them, and apparently don't get them until 1 day before the first game? Unacceptable. When I finally got through to customer service they would not do anything for us, stating you only have 24 hours for a refund which wasn't stated anywhere. I would have been with in the 24 hours if they hadn't hung up on me. Or if their customer service phone number was way more accessible. After this experience, I looked up the company and they have about 30% 1 star reviews. Terrible customer service and a sketchy buying experience. My end goal here is to get my money back. I have disputed the charges with my bank in the hopes they will waive the charges. This company can not keep doing this to people. Having me be out $1760 is absolutely outrageous. I do not want the tickets nor do I even have them until March 23rd. Since they won't refund me I don't even have to opportunity to try and sell them.

It asks to download the app but after doing so the tickets are no were not to be found. Pretty frustrated as these tickets were a Christmas gift.

Gametime is the scam of all scams. Charged me $68 for $30 tickets and said if I can find a lower price they would issue "Gametime credits" (ooh which dont expire) and if you ask within 24 hours, they might refund your order in... Gametime Credits! You'll never get your money back.
Well I found a lower price and it was on Ticketmaster.com literally the same website these chumps bought the tickets from, and then jacked on a $24/ticket service fee after adding 50% markup. I got conned into buying from them after searching for the event on Google and ONLY seeing 4 places that were selling the tickets, none of them were ticketmaster. So shame on Google for being a part of this scam.

I bought tickets for the 49ers/Dallas divisional playoff game on 1/14. I received an email that the tickets were on their way and that I would receive a ticket transfer email from Ticketmaster. There was no communication from Gametime or Ticketmaster. So finally on Friday 1/20 I sent an email to inquire about the ticket transfer. They said that sometimes the seller will wait until 24-72 hours to send me an email because of issues with counterfeiting barcodes. On Saturday 1/21 I still had not received a text or email. I chatted with 3 different people from Gametime. Each person told me the same thing as the email. Finally, the last person told me that there was an issue with the seller and that the tickets were no longer available, but they told me that they would find me tickets that were equivalent or better than the tickets I bought. Later that day I received a text from Gametime that my seats were upgraded but still no ticket transfer email. Finally on Sunday 1/22 at 7:00am(Game was at 3:30pm) I received the ticket transfer email. They were really good seats on the lower level 30-yard line. I would like to thank Vane, Casy and Keira for their help in assuring that I would have the tickets for the game. I had to be very proactive in communicating with Gametime in order to get my tickets. I read other reviews on here from people that didn't have the same positive result as myself. While there were others that had a bad experience and ended up with no tickets. Either way I don't think this is the way a company should do business. I feel like I was just one of the lucky ones.

I highly advise anyone and everyone NOT to use this app. Once they have you CC information. They can and will withdrawal money from your account without explanation. If you happen to catch it they may return your money, but will not provide any explanation, because they will only blame you and not provide any proof. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

So I purchased two sets of tickets for a game, and only one set was able to be downloaded. After various emails with customer service proving that I was only able to download one set, customer service ended communication. Awesome experience you guys, will def let all my friends know if the horrendous experience

They will tell you that they can't credit or refund you because your tickets didn't have insurance, however THEY DO NOT EVEN OFFER OR SELL INSURANCE! They are full of lies & a scamming company. Avoid at all costs

This company uses the definition of bait and switch tactics to sell tickets. I feel completely duped. No need to go into particulars. Plan on their Advertised price to be $50 less then their actual price. Pictures speak for themselves.

It's fraud. I purchased a ticket for $570, of course ca 748 CAD, and they drew 400 CAD more! Now disputing the amount through my bank. I asked them to correct this and they referred me to their FAN group! Ridicule!

Purchased tickets for a Bruins game, realized it was for a venue in Canda versus in Massachusetts. Contacted customer service immediately within 5 minutes of the transaction/purchase, it when then I was made aware 2 more purchases were attempted on my same credit card, same date, same game and they allowed at least 1 more transaction to be approved thankfully denying the 3rd purchase. I was aware of their refund policy and willing to accept a credit for the legitimate first purchase, but the 2nd approved transaction was fraudulent. I pleaded that there was a security problem with their web site and that the 2nd purchase was illegal and I wanted to speak with their fraud department, which I was denied access to. At this point I'm out roughly $900.00, but I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. I flatly refuse to pay for the 2nd transaction I didn't authorize. We'll have to see what happens. DON"T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I bought Taylor Swift tickets and I asked when my tickets would arrive. I was told 3 hours before the concert. They never mentioned this prior to me buying tickets. That is craziness especially if coming from out of town. This sounds like a scam and I am sure I will never see these tickets. Now the customer service will not answer any of my email just ignoring my questions etc. very interesting but definitely a scam! They should be shut down for sure. Just don't buy from this place..

We went to a game which was one third the price. This company is about getting you good seats and frankly it's fake. Do not bother. We bought before the game schedule like after the season closed... because we thought wow how great would it be to see both la teams. Im a rams fan and my husband a chargers... still no help... we spent alot on this and I'm super disappointed... still haven't recieved our tickets

They will scam you and tickets appear cheaper instantly. They do not honor their price match guarantee and their customer service is rude and will not help. Especially Marc. Do not buy from here ever! Beware!

I bought five tickets for the Braves playoff game for $2150, they never transferred the ticket and kept making excuses all the way up until game time. We drove down from Tennessee three hours because they had we're working on it to get to the stadium and find out we had no tickets and we were going to have to buy a new ones.
