Customer service was a big zero
My tickets were invalid when i arrived to my venue to scan my tickets and when i brought it up to gametime they told me that it's not their problem and they can't give me a refund due to it behind past the events date as if i'm supposed to know my tickets weren't going to work pre-event. Customer service is super rude and sketch…called them and there were literally kids screaming in the backround.
Paid $564 for tickets I never received. Can't contact anyone by phone about a refund. Can only go back and forth via email and no refund!
Don't waste your time with this app. We bought very expensive tickets not including all the fees they added to go to Taylor Swift. We got up to the gates and they said the tickets were already scanned. We did not have seats inside the concert! Customer service is not willing to help or make the matter right. Beyond disappointed and don't want this to happen to anyone else! They are a scam!
I'd rate zero stars if I could. The worst experience ever. I bought two tickets in November and my tickets transferred to me in January but only one ticket would download so I called gametime and they said well it's good on our end so there is nothing we can do. I then asked for a refund and they said because you accepting your tickets already we cannot refund you. They said that I could go to the box office the day of the event and they can look up my ticket. The day of the even came, I arrived super early because I knew I was going to have issues. The box office said I could only use the one ticket that dowloaded to my phone but the other ticket was never released to me so there was nothing they could do. So I called gametime and got the same bull$#*! response as I did in January. You accepted the tickets and there is nothing we can do. I ended up buying new tickets at the box office as I did not want to disappoint my minor daughter whom I bought tickets for. In the end I spent over $900 for four tickets but could only use two. And the kicker is I paid LESS for two tickets at the box office then I did through gametime. Gametime is a scam. They double book tickets and do not refund people who cannot access their tickets. DO NOT USE GAMETIME unless you want to waste your hard earned money!
Two days before, they said I would have the tickets 2 hours before the performance (which is ridiculous). 3 hours before the show, got a text the tickets were no longer available. Paid for them 3 weeks previous. Ruined entire night. Horrible experience. Will never use again.

If I could I would leave a 0 star I called not even 30 minutes after purchasing the tickets because I found them cheaper at another website. I called to cancel them or get the difference back and the agent that helped be didn't even wanted to listen. So I called back the next day and they said I only had 2 hours to claim the price difference and that they need screen shots so I send them what I had and said they could do anything only give me 20.00 credit and the difference was 1477.00. I can't believe they have horrible customer service. I have all the screen shots of the time I called and conversation and they wouldn't validate that. As you could see the time I bought them the time I called and it was multiple times and that they are cheaper even on their website. And I have way more proof they were not willing to work with me.
Bought my son some tickets to a baseball game in 2020. The game was cancelled thanks to Covid-19. Gametime offered a full refund applied to my credit card or take a credit on the app. If I chose the credit on the app they would apply an additional 25%. Deal right, no brainer! Done apply the credit. What they failed to tell me is that if I didn't use it within two years I would loose it! Thought I'd buy ticks to tonight's game last knight and poof my credit is gone. Spoke with customer service they proceeded to tell me I was past due and my credit expired. No one ever reached out to tell me it was going to expire nor did they tell me at the time of refund or credit it had an expiration date! They're just scandalous. I asked to speak to a superior and was told she was the highest supervisor. I clearly assured her she had a supervisor and she's says well yes but not available. Have her call me I said. She says they don't have a phone! Again I assured her they have a phone! Well she said they don't take or make calls only email. Customer service would email me and then have me reply to said email and they would forward to supervisor! As far as I'm concerned they stole my money! Definitely would not recommend
They showed me a ticket price of $46. They hide $28 fee until purchase and then it's a trap. Illegal
I have used Gametime several times with out any issues. I recently purchased two tickets to take my nephew to his first Laker game in the VIP section during the playoffs (game 5). We arrive at the gate on game day and was told that I had purchased the game for game 6. We were then escorted out of the VIP section line. I think to myself what a major mistake I had made and how embarrassed my nephew and I were. I go ahead and purchase tickets at the box office since we are already there and since Crypto.com arena said I had tickets for game 6 we would return for that game as well. Game day arrives for game 6 and 2 hours before the game I receive an email that my tickets were transferred to and unknown email. I called Gametime and they told me there is nothing they can do and will have to investigate. Being embarrassed and now depressed that we will miss this game where the Lakers beat the warriors in game 6 our hearts just dropped. We literally drove 2 hours for nothing for the 2nd time. I didn't receive any phone call or email for a couple weeks. I receive the refund 3 weeks later with no explanation at all. Absolutely the worst game experience and support service I have ever encountered.
Are there no good people left in the world?! These people advertised a FAKE game! Thankfully I did not buy tickets when I noticed what should have been like $10/ticket for my family of 4 to a minor league local baseball game they were not only charging $17/ticket, but then tacking on an additional $14/ticket for "fees". I wasn't about to pay $116 for tickets that have always been about $40 for 4 tickets. So, I went to the sites for the minor league teams to buy tickets there just to find out they were both playing AWAY games that night! Screenshots below...I reported them to the BBB, so I can hopefully save others from being victims of this so-called company. Hopefully they end up being cell mates with Elizabeth Holmes.
My brother buys tickets on Gametime often for concerts and sporting events. I decided to give them a try since my brother had such good luck on the APP.
I purchased one concert ticket. I followed the instructions to accept the ticket (I'm a very tech savvy person), but when the ticket showed up in my account, it showed up as already claimed by someone else and invalid. How this was possible, I have no clue, but it happened.
My first reaction was that I was accidentally sent a ticket that had previously sold. I figured it would be an easy fix upon contacting Gametime customer service. NOPE. To make a long story short, they told me that the ticket wasn't valid because I WAS THE ONE who transferred the ticket and that there was nothing they could do to help me. How would they know if I transferred the tickets myself? They don't have access to my Ticketmaster account.
I absolutely did not transfer the tickets, and none of my accounts have been hacked. I was either a victim of a scam by the seller or Gametime is ran by complete idiots who do not want to own up to their mistakes. Either way, it's bad!
Purchase tickets at your own risk. If there is a problem, they will not protect you.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Account was hacked and someone purchased $1072 in tickets on my debit card in another state. Was told all ticket sales are final even if I didn't purchase them. Their advise was to accept the tickets and try and resell them to get my money back. Got into the account and there was a new York number attached to it...not my number. Gametime is a joke and does not protect their customers from scammers. Be careful if you use them
They tell you that you should buy them and have them delivered to you immediately so you. It's a load of BS...They charged my credit card quickly and I was expecting the tickets directly to my email address. I had completely setup my profile including my credit card info and they were bombarding me with promo emails so I know they had everything the needed to send me my tickets. My friend & I were waiting outside the venue and I finally received an email stating that it was a TRANSFER email and NOT TICKETS! I had to click on another link to go to a TRANSFER screen where it forced me to enter either the email addresses or phone numbers of my guests! The system then proceeded to enter bogue phone numbers as I was entering them with no way to correct. I tried the CHAT LINE for questions and they wanted me to take screen shots of my tickets which I hadn't received! Later I received an email from the venue making me setup an account with them so I could get my tickets and of course their web page was NONRESPONSIVE. I don't know why I had to TRANSFR MY TICKETS and why they wouldn't just send them to my email/phone so we could enter the venue. We had to purchase additional tickets and once inside one of my guests received a notice for 2 tickets for some reason and then was told he had to get a TICKETMASTER account in order to get delivery of the tickets! Now you want my CREDIT CARD charge as proof of purchase...are you kidding me? What sort of BS is this?
I bought tickets 2 months ago for the Toronto Blue Jay's home opener. 2 days before the game my tickets still had not arrived. Many emails and phone calls and still nothing. 5 hours before the game and still nothing! Customer service/supervisors refused to replace the tickets and kept telling me to wait for the seller to send the tickets. Finally 2 hours before the game and me threatening lawyers and they finally replaced my tickets! Should have been done 24 hours before! Will only deal with Stubhub and Ticketmaster from now on!
Purchased tickets on April 5. Never received them despite contacting the company multiple times to report the issue. DO not use this service if you don't want to lose your money.
This site is a complete scam. I clicked on a ticket price of $55 for concert tickets and entered my information, the email that I got says congratulations and shows they charged me a total of $80 a ticket. There was no confirmation before checkout to confirm a price just a confirm of the number of tickets. They offer a price guarantee, and I have complted all their steps, emailed, called, and chatted via thier website to no resolve. I WANT A FULL REFUND

MY TICKETS ARE CHEAPER EVERYWHERE I WANT A REFUND ASAP
Do not use this company to purchase tickets. I was attempting to purchase tickets and kept receiving messages stating that my order did not go through. After numerous failed attempts I went onto Ticketmaster and successfully purchased tickets for the event. After 30minutes I got a confirmation email from Gametime saying I received tickets. I tried to return these tickets to Gametime stating that I had already purchased the same ones on Ticketmaster and they refused to refund or help out. Do not use them.
GameTime app deducted money from my account the day I purchased tickets for an NBA game. They didn't release the tickets til 3 days before the game and I followed all instructions to transfer them to Ticketmaster. Imagine the absolute shock and complete disappointment on the day of the game when our tickets would not scan and said INVALID! We were denied entry to a game that we paid for! Game time did not honor their policy and their only resolution was that we purchase tickets directly from the venue until they take 1-2 weeks for investigation and then we would be reimbursed! Who has money to buy tickets TWICE?! We wasted our time, gas and work hours! My family was scammed and robbed of this experience and GameTime did nothing to make it right!
