I ordered from this company on March 4. I received my 3 items on June 23. I really like the quality of the items. I want to say that it took extremely long to get the items I sent emails of which they assured me that it was on its way. They said well give you Discout on next item, however I was afraid that I was not going to get my items that I originally order. I thought I had been scammed. Will I order again from the company. Yes.
I wish I would have came here to read reviews before I ordered! The masks look nothing like the picture and was so small (child size) it barely covered my top lip and nose! I'm extremely disappointed and it took almost 3 months to come in! I had to give it a star to write a review otherwise I wouldn't give them any!
It took a while to receive 1/2 of my order of 60 masks. Now they say they can't locate my order. I have sent them the order confirmation twice.
I placed my order April 26. All 3 of my mask plus 6 filters finally arrived today June 23rd. Although it took a very good time, I will say that my mask are just as I ordered, seem to be good quality. A bit smaller than my other mask purchased from others but it fits. I am pleased with my mask just wish they hadn't taken so long to get to me.
My order was very delayed but the masks were amazing. The personalization was exactly as we requested. Size was good.
I ordered LSU/Saints face mask. I ordered 10. I received 1 penny mask and a month later received a mask of what I ordered except it would not fit a 2 year old. This company is a total scam. I ordered from Remarkgreen but the cheap mask came from Lushgoods and the packing of the piece of crap mask shows Fullerspace.
I placed the order on April 18th with an assurance that the masks would arrive in two or three weeks. They had pictures showing a small manufacturing in America, but after a month, I realized that the product was being made in China and would have a huge shipping delay. I was given tracking numbers that were false and plenty of promises by people in their support department. I asked for a full refund, but they only offered small discounts ( like I would give them more money). The company is still selling masks under other names so be very careful about placing any orders through companies that may actually be advertising on Facebook or other legit sites. I'm now pursuing a refund through my credit card.
Placed an order the end of April and still do not have the masked I ordered. Thank goodness I am out less than $40 dollars but definitely should have checked them out before I purchased. I guess this is my pandemic scam contribution. And they are absolutely no help when you email the support email as you get the same message with no option for a refund.
This company is definitely Customer NO Service. Email only, takes days to answer and then with a non Satisfactory response. Took months to get my masks that were expensive and when I received them, they were teeny tiny! They don't fit an adult And barely fit a child. I would never ever recommend this SCAM company, horrible NO Service, terrible, horrible, lousy Product as well!
I purchased a set of 3 University of Michigan masks since it's my alma mater and they looked cute. This was around the time masks were mandatory here in Houston, TX where this company is allegedly from. I figured being here would mean that I would receive them quickly. I ordered on April 24 and just got them on June 20th. I of course complained after the initial emails stopped and was told to have patience because of covid and they gave me a discount code for future purchases as if I would ever again fall prey to their BS! After a few more emails asking for my order to be canceled and money return, the replies stopped altogether. This is the worst purchase ever, I just took them out of the bag and they hardly represent my university, the material is not high quality and worse yet the colors are faded. They are also tiny as if made for kids. I could not EVER be caught wearing these back home in Michigan unless I purposely wanted to be shamed. How awful for a company to play with people's emotions and money during this difficult time. Disappointed and mad don't even begin to describe how I feel.
Be aware of this company! I wouldn't order a thing from this company. I purchased two mask on April 4th and it's June 21st and haven't received them. I've email a few times and their response is the Covid-19 is holding up my order. While I know our country and mail may be a little mess up but after 2 1/2 months really... i ask for a refund and never received it. So now I will call PayPal and get them involved with this order, I'm not giving them almost $60.00..
Their mask ads showed up on my IG feed & I ordered a college themed pack.

Ordered 6 John Deere Peace Love masks... paid April 24th, 2020 today is June 20th and NO masks... no response from company since May 22... I have filed a dispute with bank on charges... I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing... Hope to get my money back... Really pathetic to take advantage of people during times of crisis... Shame on you Fuller Space~ Wish I could leave a negative minus 10 rating... bottom line SCAM and stay away from them... unless you have money to lose...
OMG! I waited for this! Bad graphics, too dark in color, BAD odor. Arrived 06/20/2020. I'm most definitely filing a claim.
I ordered through an add on FB. The next day I went to make a purchase and my card was denied. This company diverted my purchase funds to Hong Kong and subsequently my debit card was shut down by my bank for fraud. I sent an email wanting to know what was up. They told me they never received my order and I told them the name of the site. They state the masks take only so many days to make and ship, ergo made in the US. Nope not even. I made a second order on 4/14/2020. It's 5/19/2020 and still nothing.
I ordered 2 months ago and now filled a claim through paypal, I believe I have given them more then enough time to deliver. If I do ever receive them the pandemic will be over.
After placing a $100+ order (16 masks) on April 23,2020, and many e-mails about where my product was, and after bogus tracking numbers, I did receive the 16 masks on June 17,2020. First they came from Jamacia, then Japan, not Texas as advertised. Secondly, they do not fit. And after asking for a refund, they company automation tells me they are "custom" masks and are not refundable. So it is a $100+ learning experience. I am going to check if I can donate these to the local Children's Hospital. I think the masks will fit a child?
It took 11 weeks. After 6 weeks or so, I received a tracking number. It was a valid tracking number. Received today.
I FINALLY received my mask order today! I DID dispute the transaction with PayPal and maybe that helped speed up the process - the order sat in Jamaica, NY for about 3 weeks - had I known that I was dealing with a company who used a Houston address but were ACTUALLY based in China I would never have ordered! They included five filters that I hadn't ordered - maybe because they knew there were a lot of upset people out here! The size is good on the masks, but the colors aren't as vibrant as pictured - duh! Here's hoping you all receive your orders and a good reminder to "buyer beware"!
I too, stupidly ordered from this company - I ordered three masks, paid the $9.95 extra for tracking and have received the same "update" e mails you have all received. I e mailed "support" today and gave them 24 hours to give me a legitimate tracking number and ship date or I will go to PayPal and report them as a "ghost" company.
I ordered 3 Texas A & M masks in April. Paid 55.00 for them. Still have not received them. I reached out to them several times and I received a bogus tracking number stating it is sitting in UPSP in NY. I will contact my AMX and report that they are a scamming business. DO NOT ORDER FROM FULLERSPACE!

I'll never order off this website ever again. I ordered two masks one for myself and my girl along with the filters and that was over two months ago probably closer to four months and still haven't received anything. I even got it to where I could track the shipping and it at a standstill and never moved from it's quote unquote current location and the customer support won't even respond to my emails and I've sent numerous emails! Worse business experience ever!
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
