The masks look NOTHING like the advertising. They smell. They are built for children, not adults. The metal nose pieces are flimsy and mine was bent up. The filters aren't big enough for mask or face. Just sent pictures of it to the company. Asking for money back. Don't waste time or money on these scam artists. O stars.
Purchased two masks with filters on April 1st. Have not received them or the refund that I asked for 3 times. When confronted they gave a BS COVID-19 excuse. I explained this is a pandemic not an epidemic and as an Infectious Diseases nurse I had looked forward to having a mask at home or as a back up.
Today I found that the website is no longer working.
They lie. Made in China and mailed from China. I ordered but never received my mask. Requested 10+ times to be reimbursed, but I never got that either. Just kept getting emails from them using same weak excuse. They are a scam company.
I purchased three masks from this sham of a company (they call themselves Fuller Space and Lushgood), and received the confirmation of the order on 4/27/20. My total of $32.94 was charged to my PayPal account. It's now 6/30/20, and I'm STILL waiting for my order. I actually opened a PayPal case to dispute as I fully believe I've been scammed. PayPal sided with Fuller Space since they sent me a valid tracking number via USPS. What I received was NOT the masks I ordered, and according to Fuller Space, this is only a portion of my order. See pics below... what the heck is that that they sent to me? It's something that's shrink-wrapped. It says "masks" but these are NOT what I ordered.
Now, when I try to access the Fuller Space website to track my order (which has been sitting in New York since early June), their website has all kinds of privacy errors. This is such a scammy company, and I'm mad that I fell for it. These products are coming out of China, not the USA which is what their website claims (when it's working). Stay away from this company!
Update 7/23/20: my masks FINALLY arrived today. Also, the items in the pictures turned out to be some generic face masks. I fully believe these were sent to me so that Fuller Space could tell PayPal that the masks were sent so that PayPal wouldn't refund the money.
False advertisement. This product was not made in America. I bought these masks with the intention of supporting an American company. I ordered these in March I still haven't received them. I have asked for my money back repeatedly and asked them to just keep my masks since they said it had been sitting at a Usps center since April. They gave me a tracking number which said it was in New York. I just received another tracking after requesting another refund, and now it says it's in customs because it was shipped from China. Do not buy anything from them!
I ordered from this idiot of a company in April. I just received masks in June but guess what? They sent me the wrong mask. I emailed them to let them know and they are taking me through hell to prove they sent the wrong mask. I've sent pictures and my order number with the order details. I'm so pissed I ordered from this foreign company. If I could give a zero I would. They took advantage of people during COVID and I hope they get shut down, where ever the hell they are.
I order masks from this company on 4/25/20 and have yet to receive any product. After sending multiple emails to this company I continually get a pre programmed response with my tracking information and a "20% discount on my next order", as if I would ever order from them again. Their website says they are based in Houston, which is only partially true. The design the masks there and produce them oversees. I have insisted on a refund, but have yet to get anything from them in the way of satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and look at another company to buy from.
I wish I would have done my research before purchasing from these crooks. I bought 3 masks which came out to be $85! I purchased the masked in March here it is June 28th. And have not received my order. The company does not have a phone just emailing wasting people time. This company sucks a@$! Do not be another victim. I couldn't give them 0 stars so I take that one back!
I order my mask back in April and have not received anything. Apparently they sent me a tracking number a month later. I've been tracking it and supposedly my masks are in NJ USPS for the last 20 days. No movement... Ridiculous!
I wish there was a score of less than 1 STAR! Three months and I'm still waiting for two items to be delivered. The tracking numbers are bogus and customer service is non existent! Save yourself the frustration order from a US company this one is Asian and very dishonest!
This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with online. I ordered masks in early March. Almost July and they haven't responded to any of my 10 emails. I should have read the reviews before I ordered anything. Lesson learned! If you're thinking of ordering anything, don't. If I could give a rating of negative stars I would.
As I read all these reviews I realize that all the stories are the same. Including mine! We all got scammed! It makes me angry how they pretend to be a US company. I basically gave up on them and got PayPal involved which was a joke. They did not help whatsoever. This company knows how to work the system. Why do you think they send you your masks in parts? So they can claim they already sent them! File a claim with your credit card and/or bank. I did and I was reimbursed my money! As for the only mask I did receive (I was still waiting on 5 masks and a set of filters) I threw it in the trash. There's no way I would EVER use a chemical smelling cheap piece of crap!
I purchased 3 teacher themed masks so that I could have them for when I returned to my third grade classroom. They also had my name added to the front side. As of today June 27,2020 I still have not received them. According to the company they have been sitting at a USPS facility since mid May. DO NOT BUY FROM THOS COMPANY!
Took 3 months to get, the quality is poor and the women's masks hardly fit. The company is not from Houston, but from China. It appears as though the masks got caught up in customs in NY. I would not recommend. Definitely not worth the money.
I ordered 5 masks with the KAPPA crest for my husband and his few of his family members that are in that fraternity. I placed the order in early April. When the order was placed it stated they would be mailed in 7-10 business days. After several emails to the company, I finally received a tracking number May 28. Almost a month later, June 26th, the masks FINALLY arrived, During the wait time I requested a refund, mind you, I had not received a tracking number. I was told a refund was not possible because the masks had been sent to the shipping agent. They spent 10 days in Newark, NJ. I could have walked from PA to NJ to get them faster than their mailing. They even had the nerve to email me a coupon for a 20% discount on additional masks. Really! All the masks have a strong chemical smell. I'll try to get the smell out of them, before I give them out to be worn. Due to lack of communication, a sever delay in delivery and them not responding to the BBB, i WOULD NOT recommend EVER ordering from this company.
I would rate this company a ZERO if I could... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed the order on April 5th. I have been going back and forth with constant emails with no resolution! They will take your money and you will not receive your product! I finally disputed the charges with my bank. I gave them plenty of opportunities to send me my order that they so quickly took my money for and nope they kept and are still giving me the run around with every excuse in the book. Locate your order# and emails and screen shot those and send to your bank representative to dispute the charges and get your money back!
I had placed an order with this company in March 2020 and have not received my item. I have been sent a bogus tracking number. Customer Service is not helpful and they will not process your money back.
I wish I could have given this scamming company a zero. I ordered masks in mid April with my favorite college team on the fabric. These masks are not cheap! When the masks finally arrived the third week of JUNE, they are so tiny! They look like they are made for an infant. They do not cover both nose and mouth. In addition to this they are so poorly made through they would offer no protection if they did fit. I feel so bamboozled!
I ordered a mask on April 17th. Its June 26th and I STILL HAVE NOT recieved anything. I'm out $40. Don't know how to redeem this. Their website is gone. Just order from Wish. I do.
After waiting 2 months to receive my masks after numerous emails and it showing bogus tracking numbers. Two of the 4 masks I ordered finally came. Oh then I had to email and wait again several weeks later guess what, I get the two missing masks and my one Realtor Mask had a customized name on it! A damn mans name! Can you believe! I sent them a picture and told them to send me my mask that I ordered and ship immediately. Still waiting after weeks... and nothing! Never been so disgusted by a business ever!
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
