On April 7,2020 I placed an order for $144 and the POS scammers sent only 3 mask ($24 each) until the end of June, I'm still trying to dispute to get my money back for the rest of my order. This company is a disgrace! How can you scam people with face mask in the middle of a pandemic wtf?! I hope the owners go to jail!
Omg... I have learnt a very strong lesson with this order. Read reviews on any company in future before placing orders. Website made you believe the masks were made in USA, then not untill I had first tracking email noticed they were being shipped over from China. Took nearly 4 months. Company was very slow at responding to any of my messages. Then not helpful when they did reply. Finally they offered me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, which I took, and now they have finally arrived and wish I'd have asked for a full refund. Tiny masks, not even fit for a child, cheap thin material, and can't even read the quote I chose as it's so bloody small... picture shows size difference from a regular amazon mask I had to purchase while waiting for order to arrive. Will NEVER use or recommend this company again... Waste of money...
They lie to you about shipping and product never arrived after 3 months don't buy from them, The representative sends you the same email over and over. Save your money and donate it to charity you will be happier
Partial order of 1 mask out of 4 came 2 months after order. The other 3 masks and filters never got here, 3 months later customer service still only gives auto response. They are not shipped from USA like they claim, it appears they are drop shipped. Tracking never tracks, only says label made but not recieved by USPS. $100 down the drain. Wont respond to paypal or my emails for refund
I placed an order in April 2020. I just received the order after countless emails and 3 months later. I received the mask with two different names NOT THE NAME I PROVIDED! There were two shipping labels on my package one covering the other (Scam Alert). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a DEDICATED PRINCIPAL MASK WITH MY NAME but received a Dedicated Teacher Mask with Ms. Alice and Mrs. Z!
The mask i paid for was not the mask i received. 2 month wait and its the wrong print. Bogus tracking number, couldn't track this piece of crap. I ordered the purple skull with my name on the side. Is this a damn skull!?!?!
This place SUCKS. 3 months to receive my order... no real tracking number. BOO! Don't be fooled. Never again.
I placed an order on April 23 for 3 masks and the extra carbon filters totaling $79.40 with the discount. It is now July 5th and I still have not received anything. The tracking numbers they sent me do nothing, each one states "label created not yet in system." I have contacted them multiple times and they tell me that they cannot find my order number even after I have given it to them each time along with the paypal address used! I have copied and pasted the order that they sent to me and they still cannot find it so they say!

Ordered their printed face mask 1 1/2 months in and they said I didn't have an order, I tell them I will dispute the charge of 91.45 with my bank and get my money back next thing I know I get a your ordered shipped still 2 weeks after that nothing! I disputed with my bank got my money back but they fought it and sent a shipping confirmation so the won! Oh I finally received product but it wasn't what I ordered! I have pics of my ordered confirmation which shows what I ordered and I have pic of what I got! They falsely ships within 5-10 business days and make it sound like their on USA but buyers beware they are China based
The masks I ordered on April 26,2020 were finally received on June 19,2020. They were the size of a child's mask. Contacted Fuller Space Customer Service. Sent photo of masks, per request of Fuller Space Customer Service.
7/4 Fuller Space offered a 20% refund to my account as a token of sincere regret also stating that the masks sent were the correct size. What a joke!
This company is a fake, I placed to orders for mask with them back in early April. I send numerous emails asking for my shipment or money back, I received a bogus postal tracking number that my product is at a post office in Queens NY. Todate I still have not gotten what I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM FULLERSPACE, wish I could give them zero stars.
Paper thin masks made of poor quality! It took over 2 months to receive this crap and they don't issue refunds. I should have researched and read the reviews about this company. Now that I read them, they are all true. This company should go out of business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will
NOT receive quality masks. The fabric is cheap! If I could have given them no stars, I would have.

05/22 received a delayed shipment email with a random tracking number that I could not track
06/16 received delivery of masks tiny teal envelope looks like it came from China
06/17 contacted Fuller Space Customer Service requesting full refund
06/18 sent photo or masks, filters & package per request of Fuller Space Customer Service
06/23 sent follow email asking for update on refund request, received automated email stating
06/24 Fuller Space offered a 20% refund to my account as a token of sincere regret
The masks are beautiful and high quality. The only drawback is it took 4 months to get here when I was expecting them within 3 weeks. Companies communication is awful but happy now knowing I didnt get ripped off. Still waiting on 1 more mask to get here
Back in March 2020, I ordered a mask with a couple replacement filters. I am a nurse and wanted something a little more comfortable to wear at work. However... I literally just received the mask yesterday... July 1st, 2020, four months later. Upon opening the package, I was so disappointed in the absolute horrible quality of this mask. The design on the front is crooked and doesn't match up along the seam. Honestly, my 8 year old son could have done a better job constructing a mask. It does not fit the face properly and the plastic vents on the front keep falling off. The metal nose piece is very flimsy as well. Before I finally did receive the mask, I sent numerous E-mails. First, requesting information on the whereabouts of my order only to be given a run around. Then I started requesting a refund but I was denied. This has been the worst online ordering experience I have ever been through.
I ordered the face masks and filters in April. One face mask that was just the plain cloth came in a short time, the pre-order masks still have not arrived and they were shipped May 22,2020. I do not recommend this company at all!

They took for ever to arrive, the quality so cheap, the size ridiculously small and customer service useless. Noting compare to what is advertised on their website! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ordering from fuller space!
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
