I ordered 2 masks and waited over 6 weeks. They did actually arrive and are so small! No adult could wear these! Horrible!
Do not order from this company if you want anything worth the price and you cant wait three months to get. The masks I waited almost three months for were so small they would only cover the moth or the nose but not both the filter was curled when you put it in. I asked to return they asked for my understanding. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
After waiting for 2 months, I finally get it, only to have child sized masks. I am including a photo, the top one is from fullerspace and the bottom is from Amazon. Scammers big time and now PayPal will not do a thing.
I too was suckered into buying masks from this place that never arrived. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will string you along until it is too late to complain to your credit card company. SCAM!
I ordered in March and now it's April and I have yet to get my mask. I haven't even got a tracking number yet. Lesson learned on ordering anything on Facebook. I guess I am out of $20 plus. If they would just keep me up to date I would be much more understanding!
This company leads you to believe they are from Texas. Of course all of the reviews on their site are wonderful. Shame on me for not looking for reviews from outside sites. I ordered in April and I am still waiting and the bogus tracking gives you no info either. I contacted them 3 times and got the same 20% future discount bs from the same sarah smith that other received. I don't think these will ever arrive and if they do I suspect they will be garbage. I ordered these to go back to work as a hairstylist and have been back 3 weeks already so what's the point now I've already found an alternative.
So MAD. Same story as most everyone else's ~ they took the money, pretended to be from USA, and are stalling with answers and/or merchandise. I filed a claim with PAYPAL ~ I hope they can get my money back.
I ordered 3 mask for an adult and it took almost 2 months to receive them. They are barely big enough to cover a babies face. They are useless to me. Just a bunch of garbage and not at all what is pictured on their website.
Don't buy anything from this bunch of scammers and ripoff artists. The blue mask is a $0.95 mask I bought locally and the other is a $12.00 mask I bought from Fuller Space that was shipped to me from China. A bunch of crap!
This company seems to be a scam. I ordered cute masks for my clients on April 19,2020. The company claims to be a US-based company. They even send you pictures along the way showing the production at their facility in Texas where your product is supposedly being made, however, even though they supposedly shipped the items on May 11,2020 it is now June 13,2020 and I still do not have the items. I have contacted them several times they keep telling me that sometimes things happen in shipping and items get delayed, but the tracking information they give me is not real. I tried to track it again today (same result tracking Info doesn't exist) I contacted them again and got their same standard response about shipping being delayed. They are full of crap. I've asked for my money back but based on The other reviews here that's probably not gonna happen. Do not order from this company.
I ordered masks in March. They finally arrived in June. They were more suited to a child than an adult. Very disappointing. They do not state the masks are made in China and have to be shipped from China. They do a great disservice by not stating the masks come from China. Their photos look like their products are produced in the US.
I paid give no stars if I could!
I ordered a mask on April 1, and have sent several emails asking where my item is, asking for a refund, and all I get back is a generic email saying my request is under review. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Very unsatisfied. They ok my money and delivered nothing!
Fake shipping label saying in transit NY since April. Still no mask. This company is a joke. Do not order anything from this company.
I ordered my mask at the beginning of April 2020 and have not received it. Keep emailing them and keep getting We'll get back to you
I waited over a month before even asking about my order, realizing times are crazy. Then it was ready to ship. 2 weeks later still no tracking number as promised. Then 2 weeks later sent a tracking number that doesn't even come up on the shipping companies website. Still trying to get my money back. STAY CLEAR!
Company seems great with prompt status of your order for the first two weeks-then they go silent! Customer service is email contact only and They give canned replies and blame COVID-19 for everything. I ordered 40 masks in mid-April and just received 20 of them on June 8th. The tracking number doesn't work for the other order and they are not telling me the correct one or when they will arrive. They did charge my credit card quickly back in April. Don't waste your money-they are an unreliable company!
I ordered 9 masks; 3 of which were personalized with my name on them; and some filters to go in them. My purchase was dated April 25. Like many here, I got the cute emails saying they were busily making my masks (in Texas, I believed...), then, no more communications until I complained. I then got a tracking number and it said that my package was with a third party and USPS was awaiting it. This lasted for months. I emailed the company saying that they were a scam and requested my refund. They assured me it wasn't a scam, but I threatened litigation on them... well, well, we'll... it's June 11 and I FINALLY got my masks. I'm astonished that I actually got them! They are a little on the small side, but they still fit on my face and they are what was pictured on the site. I will NEVER order from this company again because it took 2 months to get my order, But they delivered my masks so I'm bumping up my stars to 2. I wonder how many other people on here got their masks and never updated their reviews...
I ordered my masks March 31st and finally got them yesterday (June 10th).
They kept telling me it was because of Covid-19. There were orders that I placed after this order and I received them in 5-7 days, 2 weeks tops.
The masks are not what I expected but they will suffice.
I don't plan on ordering anything else from this company.
Never received the product and they refuse to answer emails. There's no number to contact them either.
I ordered my masks several months ago and I still don't have them. They have been blowing smoke up my... I have emailed them multiple times and all the tell me is that it is at the packing agent. This agency should be out of business with their inefficiency! When I asked them to just cancel my order they refused. They said I only could do it within 10 hours of purchase.
I ordered 3 masks in mid April, and now it's June 10 and no masks as well as no answers to my emails. I got an auto email on May 10 saying all that was left was to package and ship my masks--one month ago. At the end of May, I send an email asking for a status update, and the reply said "we would like to say your order is ready to be shipped..." We WOULD like to say?!? But you can't say for sure? I'm going to file complaints in TX and I'm going to share my horrible experience with Fuller Space on my social media with the hashtag #fullerspace. Please
Orders do not come in the amount of time the promise. You can only contact via email. After a month and a half the product showed up only to be incorrect! Would like to give no stars but not an option.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
