I ordered mask 2 months ago from this company they got the payment immediately I got nothing but a false promises as to delivery. They used COVID 19 to take advantage of people.
Took almost 3 months to get the masks we ordered. Customer service sent multiple different tracking numbers when questioned on the location of the products. Complete an utter rip off, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISITS
To be clear - I initially came to this site to complain about the fact I had not received my items (4 masks with filters). I started a dispute with PayPal. I placed my order on April 11. I had heard nothing but the same thing everyone else heard. Today, I received the masks (on June 8). They are the quality I expected and the order was correctly filled. So my only complaint is that it took 2 whole months to arrive and I have since purchased other masks, so now I have a whole collection. These are nice because they Velcro around the head instead of hanging off your ears and there is not elastic.
I received my mask today after waiting a month and a half. The mask looks nothing like the picture on their website. Poor quality material, the colors are not vibrant as shown on the website and its too small. I just wish I was aware of this site before ordering.
Not good quality, FOREVER to make and ship and receive 4 months is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company EVER. Then when you try to contact customer service it's only through email and you questions arent answered just auto replay from sarah Smith apologizing and offering 20% on items you would NEVER go back and buy this company is a rip off
I order $100.00 worth of product and it has now been two months. I received two black mask and filters but not the custom ones I ordered. Every time I try to contact them I get a generic email that the masks are still being made. Find another mask company to use.
I must admit I thought this company was a scam. I ordered my mask in March and the tracking number they provided was not allowing tracking of the package. However, I received my mask today just as I ordered.
Never received product. Complete scam. I certify this review is based on my own experience and I'm in no way affiliated with this business. I would give negative star review if that were a possible choice
I have had an order with this site since 04/2020, and still have not received my masks. My sister the same. I feel bad because I told her about this site, and yes how cute the masks were and the variety, as well as they had filters. I have emailed these people several times and received an apology with "your next order we can give you 25% off" REALLY?!?!? Why would anyone want to order from this place again, when they HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THEIR FIRST ORDER! I have emailed them several times requesting my money or my order, along with a picture of my order each time I send my email. I received two masks that were NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I HAD REQUESTED! This is unacceptable and this website needs to be closed down. They are stealing money and causing stress, in an already VERY STRESSFUL situation.
I ordered 10 masks on April 26,2020 and just got them today (June 6,2020). I was completely shocked cuz I thought I got scammed like most people. I saw the ad on Facebook and never read the reviews. All 10 masks were what I ordered and each one has 2 filters. I still wouldn't order from them but there is still hope if you ordered.
I ordered several masks which came to over $80.00. It took a month for delivery and it was all wrong. I only received one and it was the wrong mask. Please stay away from this site.
At first sounds great - they send you regular emails with the status of your order. Ordered masks on 4/28/20 and still have not received them. The last email I received was 5/29/20 letting me know my order was on the way. Still have not received them. Definitely going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
So much for this company/Preyed on the moment & I fell for it/Never delivered & had the audacity to offer me a discount in my next order - LOL/Ultimately, they will get what they deserve/I urged all to report them to the Attorney General's Office
It took 1.5 months to get this item.it had a tracking number showing it was in ny and never moved. I was supposed to be refunded 10% but never saw it.
I fell for ibuying facemasks because I trusted the address of Houston, and it was on FB, which had said they were removing ads from businesses that weren't legitimate. Ordered 6 face masks, also 2 cheap generic facemasks for $55 total. The generic masks shipped, PayPal considers this order was fullfilled. I finally received a tracking number back to Jamaica NY, which has never shown any activity. I filed a dispute with PayPal, they wanted me to submit a report to my attorney general, or an online website, neither have replied as of today, so PayPal dismissed my dispute. When I now try to get online to Fullerspace, I get a red warning from my anti virus that it is not safe. So I will contact anyone to get this company shut down, I will report them to the US postal officers fraud division, follow up with my state AG office.
I ordered a product back in March and I have yet to receive anything. When I contacted them, customer service told me they could not refund my money because it had been more than 12 hours since I placed the order. Unfortunately, I've seen several people post on FB they've experienced the same.
Like the other scammers in the group, I was indeed suckered as well. It's sad that people play on your desperation during a crisis. I was taken by the university design as well as the fact that they would get the masks to you in a reasonable time, compared to other places. Plus I was trying to support an American company. Did not receive the 5 custom filter pocket mask as promised, but two flimsy mask made in Vietnam. From here on out, I will stick with companies I know. My fault for thinking I was helping a young company in the states.
This company is a scam and rip off. They take the money immediately and you never get anything. Oh, a couple of apologetic emails saying ". They're on the way", but they aren't. Don't be fooled by the pictures, lies! I can't add a photo because I never got a product. Theft.
Someone needs to stop these jerks! They are making a killing on all of us trusting Americans, that are trying to be safe and support American businesses. Just like everyone else I received all the fake emails that my order is ready to ship, but the mail is to backed up. So sad these kind of people exist. I was suspicious when the email said it would show up on my account as a paypal. I will trust my instincts next time.
Great advertisement... sucked me in... Don't be fooled stay away... products come from China... you will never see them..
