I ordered a set of masks a month ago and I've gotten several emails from them saying that my order is "going to be late and it's coming soon" and that "masks are back ordered because of demand", but yet to receive the masks. I'm beginning to wonder if this place is a scam.
I received two emails with the same tracking number replacement filters in one package and 4 designer mask in another package. NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE! Like I said one tracking number now it shows they have been delivered and has not! I have a very reliable mail lady and I was home at the time of delivery. Been questioning the company with emails and all they do is send me an email that it's been delivered. Been fighting this for over a week. With post office and fuller space. Last thing I can do is call payment source and try to get refund for fraud. Those mask was costly! I wanted for my school bus so my special needs passengers would get a kick out of it and not be so scary. BURNT AGAIN!
I bought 2 masks for $55.47 on March 28, they were suppose to be here by April 20.
Since April 13 the USPS tracking has them still in Rosedale,NY. I email 5 times the same Sarah Smith told me the status that I already knew, the second email she told me she don't have my information
The 3rd email she told me the same USPS status. The last 2 emails they never replied. Since than I contacted Paypal and my bank chase. Told them is a fraud and I got my money back
I've made three seperate orders in the begining of april yet I still haven't even received a legit tracking number let alone the product. Customer service just give me the run around pretending not knowing what my order number is or who I am. Either way they won't refund my money or give me my product. So do not spend any money with them let it be a lesson I paid for everyone else.
This company goes by Rebrand https://rebrand.ly/b7hbqvkd and when you click on link it sends you to www.fullerspace.com. Do not order anything from them. They are a scam company Order the product as they had mask for many essential works like the United States Post office. Sent several emails told I could not get a refund because the mask were in product, next email they list the order and did recognize my email, the last two emails Sarah Smith Customer Service rep of course not her last name completed ignored emails. Phone number *******290 cannot leave message and no valid address on there website or with the BBB. Very made as people take advantage of the people who really need things.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Please don't waste your time ordering from them! The masks are horrible!
Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
