This is the worst site to order mask. They don't give you a tracking number. But they be so happy to get your money. I will tell the whole world about this company if it's really a company.

We ordered from this company on April 23. Still no masks. Repeated emails claiming the order is coming soon, or they are running behind and to please be patient. Excuse after excuse. Avoid this company they are a scam.

Ordered 2 Mask beginning of April. After complaining I received an email with confirmation number. As of15 May 2020, tracking number still has not left or in the process of being delivered. I am in the process of getting my money back from bank and notify BBB.

I placed an order for custom masks. The company will send you tons of happy emails about the progress of your masks and advising you of delays. Finally you get an email saying they are ready for shipping. The next day an email arrives stating that shipping is delayed because of the post office. No further happy emails and obviously, there are no masks to ship. I paid with PayPal and have escalated a claim with PayPal for a refund of my funds.

Well, I should have looked! I usually do. They send images of Americans in factories and their "contact us" address is Texas. Lots of updates, until time to ship. Then radio silence. I email them daily and get apologies and discount offers, but no answers. It's disgusting. I'm sure I'm out $60. Plus all the time wasted that I could have gotten my product by now from somewhere else.

On April 25th, I placed an order. The Fullerspace.com payment receipt explains the payment will show up as PayPal Outfit Model. RED FLAG! This company originally touted that their facemasks are made in USA, but now that misleading marketing scam has been removed. RED FLAG This company gains your trust by sending pictures and updates of your facemask in progress. GAINING TRUST I was notified my facemasks were shipped and a tracking number would be sent. Never received a tracking number so I had to email them. RED FLAG Then the next day I received an email with a story that the "shipping agent" was backed up due to COVID19. WORKING YOUR EMOTIONS I emailed to ask the name of the shipping agent. Again a robo type apology message with no specific answer to my question. RED FLAG The following day I requested a status and this robo email stated there was tightened customs causing my order delay. FINAL RED FLAG. This company gains your trust by telling you the truth about PayPal and sending pictures of the factory, workers and packing of your facemask. I doubt I'll see any facemasks, and according to the PayPal receipt they are most likely coming from Hong Kong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SCAMMERS!

I cannot rate this b*********** company because there is no scale to rate them It would be on a negative scale. Had I known that my money was going to be taken without getting any merchandise I would I would have never never ordered from them Yes they are preying on people with this pandemic going around. Somebody is making money and not delivering orders. You ought to be ashame as to what you are doing. The trade commission needs to close you down and the Better Business Bureaul needs to take action. Not to mention the FBI. This makes no sense. People are dying and you are taking advantage of folks trying to protect theirselves.
Your company needs to burn down to ashes...
How dare you!

Do not buy Scam company that was formerly another scam company and I'm sure they will flip to yet another one after this site fizzles out.
They only sent a portion of the order, after giving me a runaround about not being able to find my order.

Horrible! Scam!

It's insane to see how many others have experienced the same thing as me!
I placed my order over a month ago, paid for expedited shipping and still have yet to receive it and cannot receive any correct tracking information. I can normally give companies a break if things happen and someone drops the ball. However, I have emailed over and over again just to be told the same thing that "it should be there soon." When there is no proof that it was even sent out! I would say this has been one of the worst customer service's I've experienced and there isn't even a number I can be given to talk to a real person for a refund. Very sad... Won't try to buy from this company again.

Do not wast your time with this company, they are absolutely horrible to deal with. They lie about status of product and shipping, unable to tell you where it is or the status of the status. My order has been awaiting item from shipper at USPS facility for over two weeks and they cant tell me why, they just say is on route. I am a front line worker and its nice to know they do not care about that or give you a truthful answer.

I made a purchase on the website on 4/16/2020 and on 4/20 I requested information when I was told that it would take 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery is within 8 12 days. On 4/30 I received tracking information (that was already 10 business days from my purchase). I haven't received my items yet and it's been 20 business days. The tracking information provided shows the item is not moving. I have been in contact with Fuller Space almost on a daily basis and they keep offering me discounts to make me stop questioning what is happening but do not give me a solution to my problem. Today, 5/14/2020, I received one more answer with them asking me to allow an amount of time to resolve the problem. I paid for shipping and I don't understand why they don't ship the items again, expediting the shipment at their cost or simply refund my money. When i went on their website today and they changed the shipping policy to It will take 3- 5 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days. The total estimated delivery is within 10 - 15 days, which still makes my order late and I just want to be done with it!

They send you weekly updates of order progressing and then it is ready but can't ship because usps is backlogged. They no longer respond and stopped with updates. They never give a tracking number either.

I'm just like everyone else and spent an hour on the phone with my bank disputing the charges. Luckily mine was only $40 but for those of us in emergency services that's a lot. I'd like to fly to Hong Kong and deal with these clowns.
