Literally like every other review here, I placed my order and they continue to give fake tracking information and obviously refuse to give the money back. Do not be fooled like I was.
Purchase 10 facemask for 161 dollars and have not received since April 4. I bought this for our employees who are nurses that work in the field and every time I send an email they reply with a bogus USPS tracking number that has not been picked up from NY since 4/24... I wish I had looked them up prior to purchasing and read all the reviews that have had identical experiences. Do not buy from this place I am calling PayPal back to dispute the charges.
Worst company for giving runaround. Always an excuse that's a lie about delays. Don't waste time or money.
Please don't waste your time or money. I ordered masks and filters. No delivery, no tracking info. Customer service sends the same bogus e-mail. The website says Texas- CC Company said it is an overseas transaction.
This company stole my money. Made up a tracking number and said it was on its way lies. I have emailed an emailed demanding a refund and a will not give it to me do not order from this company. We the people need to somehow report this company start a lawsuit and get our money back.

Scam... sad, because we already stressed and then here they go taking people money. I ordered in April custom mask as well. Yet, to date no mask. What can we do as this can't continue.
I wish I saw this sooner. Asked for a full refund after reading all these reviews and waiting for a month. I understand the pandemic but I received toilet tissue faster when theres a limited supply! Save your money find masks elsewhere! I will def escalate this complaint.

I ordered 2 mask back in April, My order has been waiting in NY. I have emailed them several times, and I also keep getting an Email from a Sarah. I still have not received my mask and still cannot get a refund!
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Had to give 1 star but should be negative 5. Like everyone else on the reviews I got screwed. Thankfully I disputed my charge with AMEX and received a full refund. So if by chance the masks show up, Thanks Fuller Space for the free masks that I don't need anymore. If they even exist I'm sure there P. O. S!

Complete scam. My experience has been identical to some of the other reviews I saw. When my mask never arrived I requested a refund, but I was told to be patient. Long story short, I'm out $40.
Ordered beginning of April. Same as other comments. You get automated email with discount on further purchases, as if. When I threatened to make a complaint that's when I got a tracking #. Only to find out it's bogus. Losers do not under any circumstances no matter how much you like it buy from them! End rant!
Sorry more than enough time to make and ship and sorry not worth the wait or time wasted as well as over 200.00 is spent and only lip service.

They got me too! It has been over 3 weeks! Continue delays! First delay in packaging for 5 masks, really? Now, delay in delivery from Houston then NewYork
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order on April 21! I have been trying to contact this company for days since I was notified of a shipping delay on May 3rd. I have yet to receive a response! Thought these masks would be neat to wear to my job as a letter carrier. What a joke.

Same as all other people here stated. Placed order for set of 3 masks. I attached the chain of emails they sent me, same as everyone else went through. One email even said my masks were completed and shipped and on their way to me. Then 4 days later, received an email apologizing because they were having issues getting supplies and shipping due to coronavirus (the only reason we need these masks in the first place!). Ok, but I thought my masks were already done and shipped and on their way to me. So why is the delay reason that they cannot get supplies or ship? Both steps supposedly were done... and no, I got NO tracking number. I emailed them to inquire about this and just like others, the rep had last name of Smith. This time Jennie Smith. So there is Harper Smith, Jennie Smith, Sarah Smith, and others. Wierd how every rep there is last name Smith! I cannot STAND it when people scam others during an extremely difficult time such as an every 100 years global pandemic, which has also just tanked the economy and left 30-40 million jobless. How anyone can do such a thing like that, I will never understand. Anyway, I'm thinking I either am getting no masks, or they will show up after the pandemic is over or I have already contracted it. If only I had some facemasks to protect myself and others... and I am a frontline healthcare worker, pharmacist, working with the public. So thanks for the scam.

ETA: So I emailed customer service again today and got the response I knew I would. From Sarah "Smith" again. So they now have no issue and are shipping my masks and will give me my (likely fake) tracking number as soon as it reached usps for shipping. Next I will guess my masks will be sitting at some fake warehouse in NY waiting to ship to me. I have added that email to my previous attachments.
Seems everyone goes through all the same fraudulent steps.
I ordered 3 masks totaling $88.11 the end of March. Per their USPS tracking number these items have been sitting in NY since the 16th of April. I've messaged several times requesting a full refund and I get emails back from Sarah Smith asking me to be patient that they are restricted on what can be shipped... WHAT? These are essential items. Long story short, no refund, no masks... Don't order from them. THIS IS NOT A UNITED STATES COMPANY, ITS OUT OF HONG KONG
Never received anything has been two months first given a non valid tracking number over two weeks ago now given a new tracking number showing label created for over a week now. Do not purchase from them. They are refusing to refund my order.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
