Reliability of USPS has deteriorated greatly in the past year. The delivery did not make it to the recipient until after 8 pm and due to how late it was in the night, had to endure a night below freezing which damaged the flowers.

My best friend lives about 2 hours from me and we do not get to see each other that often. I wanted to do something special for her because her birthday was last month granted it was 9 days late due to no part of FTD when I went to their website I was so tickled with all the beautiful things that they had that I could send her just to let her know how much I love and appreciate her friendship! I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's birthday... FTD was so incredibly flexible, as I had to change the date and location for delivery 3 times! Each time, they were very accommodating and facilitated the change immediately. The flowers were beautiful! I highly recommend FTD for flowers, plants, gifts and so much more!

The container was very tall and flowers just jammed in. What I thought I was getting was a shorter vase and a low arrangement for a center piece. Guess you can't go by a picture. Not certain if I will use this FTD again. The order did arrive on time.

The service is ready to use. The flowers always turn out beautiful and last a long time. However, I ordered two arrangements to the same address and they charged $19 each to deliver them. $38 deliver fee is ridiculous. That is the only reason not to use them. Everything else about them is wonderful.

The site is easy to navigate and understand. I ordered these for my husband a few days in advance of his birthday and was pleased he received the same vase as in the picture as well as most of the same flowers. I paid for the most expensive bouquet... what was delivered was dying, limp, and has more leaves than it does flowers. I paid $40 at a grocery store for a better bouquet.
