Great Flowers, non-stop emails after

Since I ordered flowers one week ago, I have received 23 emails from FTD (only 3 or 4 of them were necessary to the transaction). I don't feel it is necessary to bombard clients, especially ones who hardly ever order, with excessive emails. The person we sent the flowers to really liked them.

I ordered two of the same item which were delivered by local florists to my house, one for my house and one for a family members. They both looked completely different. The third item anniversary flowers for my wife which were the most expensive were dead two days later.

The Great Experience

The Flowers were sent to friends in Chicago for the Holidays. FTD was easy to order from, absolutely no problems. They arrived the next day and looked beautiful.

Flowers could have been bloomed more

The flowers were meant as an anniversary present. I was disappointed that did not arrive until the end of the day. There should be an option to ask delivery to be prioritized as early delivery (would have paid extra if I knew delivery was going to be so late)

Sort of satisfied but …

I saw a photo of the arrangement that was delivered on time (that was good). Yes, it looked a little like what is online, but it came off as dreary … there were burgundy-colored "somethings" in the arrangement that just didn't work. This was disappointing.

It used to be you get a huge bouquet for $100 not it is something that barely fills 1/2 the vase. A little disappointed and probably just going to pick up flowers from now on.

I sent a gift to one of the businesses I work with and they were very pleased. This made me very happy, especially since I ordered it from the FTD webpage and never got to see the actual product, but only the photo they had posted on their order pages of their various products.

The color pallet was fabulous

It was easy to purchase and follow through to delivery. The colors were fairly close to the picture. I was disappointed that the iris pictured on the web were not included in the delivery. The color was there but those flowers were not. There was no place on the order to make the request for those specific flowers.

The arrangement I ordered did not look anything like what was delivered to my sister. I understand you might have to substitute a flower here or there, but the entire arrangement? Very dissatisfied. Probably will not use your site again.

Product was good but delivery wasn't

UPS did not follow the directions on the box indicating which side was up. As a result they dumped it upside down at some point in shipping breaking some branches and dumping dirt out.
