My friend lives out in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee. I wanted her to have something special for Christmas. So, I turned to FTD! They delivered on time to her, in a tiny little place in Tn, a beautiful little tree! I'm very pleased!

The delivery person left the bouquet without first verifying the recipient was home and when no answer left it on the porch in bad weather. Also, the vase was not the Christmas ornament style depicted in your picture and description of the chosen bouquet

The Christmas bonsai is shown with lights on it but the lights actually came in a separate bag and everything had to be put together by the receiver of the gift which was disappointing.

The flowers did not look like advertised and more like a $15 bunch from supermarket not a $70. I had a chance to see the flowers in person 2 days after delivery and was quite disappointed.

A beautiful orchid was delivered to my friend for her birthday; she was thrilled with it.
The only issue I had was with the zip code field on the order-it kept coming up with the city being Broomfield, CO and my friend lived in Westminster, CO. The city field would not let me change it.
The delivery person called my friend and was able to deliver it to the correct address so it all worked out ok.

Sent flowers to my wife for her birthday 12/1. By 12/3 about 1/3 of the flowers were wilted. We watered then after they were delivered. Never seen these type of flowers wilt so quickly. For over $100 I'm really disappointed in FTD.

Ordered orchards on two separate occasions. Both deliveries were not as shown online. Understand florists need to sometimes substitute. OK with bouquets. But when one orders a single plant orchid one expects the variety/color advertised or a message back of not available with option to cancel or choose another offering. In one case the florist made up for the substitution with a gorgeous four stem orchid in a large bowl. In the other case the florist sent a nondescript single stemmed orchid that I could have picked up at Home Depot for $5.00.

However, I noticed that my name wasn't on the card or anywhere on the package, so the person receiving the flowers was unsure who sent them. This has happened before, and I hope it can be addressed. Since you have the sender's contact details, perhaps adding a small note or annotation on the delivery package could be a helpful way to make things clearer and smoother for everyone next time.

They sent me an email offering me a credit and then wouldn't let me use it upon cash out plus the flowers that I sent didn't look anything like the picture.

Received an email that the flowers i ordered for my wife birthday had been delivered to my wife's place of employment. Unfortunately she never received the flowers as they were never delivered. There were only 2 people working in the office the day they were supposed to be delivered. My wife and the other woman working never received the flowers.

Flowers were purchased for a birthday. The delivery driver texted to say he could not find the house number. Somehow was able to locate 3809 and 3815 but couldn't didn't see 3811. Curious how a house can hide in plain sight. Didn't receive the flowers until the following day which was a shame because the birthday girl was out of town for a few days for work. The flowers were great. Just a shame they were so close to being delivered on the requested day.

The ordering of the flowers was easy enough, but they flowers I specifically ordered for their cheerfulness, were certainly not the flowers that the recipient received!
I was curious if my sister actually received the bouquet I ordered to cheer her up for her unexpected surgery and I was very disappointed when I saw the picture of it. FTD is usually known for their high quality bouquet of flowers. The color palette was vaguely similar, the vase type was not the same and the "hand-written" card was messy and missing words. If more than 3 days is required to order a nice bouquet to be delivered, then I will postpone the delivery next time!
