The person who delivered my flowers contacted me on Saturday morning 9/20/2025 at 7:54 a.m. informing me that my flowers would be delivered in two hours. And that she would text me a picture of the location in my buildings lobby after they were delivered. That never happened. My flowers were finally delivered at 8: pm on 9/20/2025, without any notification from the driver. That they had been delivered.

These were a gift to my grandmother on her 97th birthday. Sent them a day early so she could wake up to the smell of fresh flowers! She absolutely loved them! I did the largest setting. For her happiness it's a cost worth taking. Last ones I ordered lasted forever!

The local florist did their best to mimic what i bought but it wasn't the same. A cup isn't the same as a plantar. More important is that i sent it to her work. The problem is that it was delivered after hours.

Plants left out in the cold when delivered and were frozen when recipient found them. Would suggest a phone message or slip left in mailbox to let recipient know they were there. If you think sender is responsible for checking then advise that when order is placed. Extremely disappointed and expensive experience.

Not sure why I'm redirected to this page. My recipient received a product of poor quality and size unlike the description. I sent a response to FTD and was just redirected to this site. Poor experience thus far.

The address was incorrect and the reps still made sure the delivery was adjusted and taken care of. It didn't arrive on the birthday that was scheduled but at least it got there and attention was paid to it. Thank you everyone!

I ordered a deluxe poinsettia for my 93 year old mother. When I saw it at her house I was very disappointed. The ones at the floral shop looked beautiful. The one she received looked like a $15 one you would buy at a grocery store. It was mot at all like the one pictured.
