I ordered twice from FTD I would appreciate not receiving three charges on a credit card for one order Eventually - three became actual charges. A little frustrating to wait over a week though

The flowers were beautiful and lastet for three weeks. The chocolates were not from Lindt, but at least from Ferrero and seemed to have tasted very well

I wasn't aware until after an inquiry was made for a delivery change that FTD doesn't use local florist. We were glad the funeral selection was delivered to our residence for the floral piece was tossed around in its box. One of the leaves were broke when we finally got it pulled out. With a little TLC except for the droopy broken leaf, we made the product presentable

What I chose from the website because it was bright and cheery and what was delivered was anything but. It was very disappointing when my friend sent me a picture of what was delivered. My issue is with the florist that made the arrangement and not FTD. The customer service provided by FTD was very responsive and returned a portion of the amount billed and I appreciate that. Maybe there should be a bit more oversite of the florists associated with FTD.

I ordered the Be Happy Bouquet for a friend. She loved it! The bouquet was EXACTLY as pictured and it was delivered first thing in the morning! Couldn't ask for more!

I ordered in a first attempt from Spain, i made a mistake with the billing information, it's not useful to ask for a phone call from abroad to fix that kind of problems

The bouquet was for a family member so I wanted something vibrant and happy. I got just that! I (along with my family member) was very happy with my order. Loved same day delivery and the price was reasonable.
