I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday today, May 31,2018 on eflowers.com It was to be delivered today. I got a confirmation email at 7:45 am. At 12:07 pm I missed a call from *******092 with a voicemail from "Patrick" stating that they're having trouble locating a florist in that part of Connecticut and to call as soon as possible *******404. I called that number at 12:16 pm where I was told it was an answering service. I had to give them all of my personal information including reference number, name, phone number, address, and the recipient's name and address (it wasn't accessible to the answering service even though I placed all of this online) and was told my call would be forwarded and I would receive a call back. At 1:13 pm, I've yet to hear back anything so I call back again. I was told all the same things and asked all the same questions. I ask the woman if there is a manager or supervisor of the flower company I could speak to and was told that they couldn't give that information out. I said I wanted to cancel my order and get my money $52.98 refunded back to me and the woman let me know that she could not do that on her end and would forward the message on to the flower company and I would have to wait for a call back. It is growing near to flower shop's closing time in my mother's area and I don't have another $53.00 to get them elsewhere, still no callback or resolution regarding my arrangement or money.
I ordered a $90 bouquet for my son and his wife's 1st anniversary. The bouquet was called "Color Craze" which included the most beautiful colors and I bought "the best" which was to be a huge bouquet of color. What they received was a small, literally a hand full of pale daisy's and lilies that anyone could pick up at the local grocery store check out line. I tried to contact them four times and could only get their answering service. No one ever called me back. I tried contacting them through email... nothing. After contacting my credit card company to stop payment, they refunded half the amount. I have disputed that as well. I am very surprised that FTD allows them to use their name on their site.

Just want to mention eflowers were awful, from the ordering system, the customers service and canceling and not delivering my order on the delivery date. I'm not sure if they are even a legal business or not or how they are still opereratin. Awful service, will never order from them again

This is a horrible company. They have all of their calls sent to the answering service. You will be lucky if they contact you in 36 hours.
Eflowers had my order prepared and delivered same day as promised. These were for my mother for Mother's Day so with all the bad reviews I was worried she might not receive them. However, I ordered around 10am, as eflower's same day policy states orders to be received same day must be placed by noon, and my mom received her arrangement at her office at around 3pm. The arrangement was beautiful and included all of the flowers in the design on the website. Even now, a week later the flowers are still fresh-looking, lively, and gorgeous. I know eflowers contracts out to local florists, but they managed my order perfectly... it truly made my mother's day.
Ordered flowers for my Mom for mother's day. Delivery was out of state. Paid over $80 including shipping. Website showed picture of flowers in a vase and so that is what I expected being delivered through a local florest. Feedback was flowers arrived separate from the vase and were wilted and in no water. Submitted negative feedback through customer service and they demanded a picture of the flowers ordered. I let them know that the picture from my out of state mom was not feasible and reiterated her unhappiness with the order for mother's day. WOULD ABSOUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! Go with a local florist or Costco as the quality was definitely not better.
Ordered a bouquet of roses and prosecco for mother's day. They arrived as planned on Saturday, looking great (my mum sent me a pic). International ordering was simple, just pick your country and they show you what is available to order. All you have to do is pick and follow the prompts.
I also wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order for flowers for my 93 year old Mom that is in a nursing home. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 11,2018 and still have not been delivered as of today May 15. I have called everyday and they say someone will return my call and everyday nobody calls me back! I have called my credit card company and the charge is still in "pending" so they aren't able to dispute it for me! Please don't use this company because the order will never be delivered and you will just be out the money you spent!
Same story as everyone else. Flowers not delivered, and no response from company after 4 calls and 4 emails. We should all contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.
Man, I wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered from these scam artists. I ordered a large and beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mom this mother's day. I ordered the large size bouquet... with shipping added it was over $80. She received adinky little potted flower that would have cost $10 at Home Depot. I am furious. I sent them a copy of my confirmation email, a picture of what I had ordered, and a picture of the $#*!ty little plant my mom received. They wrote me back and said based on the information I had sent, they could not find my ordered. I can't believe this horrible company is still in business.
Do not order from this company! When you advertise as a same day flower delivery and the flowers have not arrived after 3 days, that is a scam. I called the company to find out where the delivery was, she took my information, and hung up on me. I sent an email to ask for a full refund, trust me I'm not banking on that either. I hope you read all the reviews posted before even considering to order flowers from these thieves.
Sent flower/bulb garden to mother for Mother's Day. She received them broken into many pieces. They promised to resend them but didn't. Poor customer service - left me on hold forever and even hung up on me. They do not guarantee or deliver. Please do not waste your money on this joke of a company! What a shame!
I wish I had read the review first. The flowers were late and wrong. There is no one you can talk to. I called 5 times and sent emails and no one ever contacted me.

Both orders were wrong! Paid for balloons that were not received at both locations and half dead flowers. Called the customer service number and spoke to someone in a different country. Was told I would get a call back the next day. No call so far! Order from somewhere else. The only thing these people guarantee is your complete "dissatisfaction"!
Update on previous review of flowers! After 2 days the flowers arrived. Not ones I ordered or anything equivalent! I ordered a potted arrangement that would live forever if taken care of. He got pink roses people! Nobody ever returned my calls as the telecall people stated! Then I emailed them twice sent pics of what I ordered and what he got. After 3 days of disputing all they did was gave half my money back! This company is horrible! Never again!
Your company SUCKS & your Customer Service Dept needs to learn to speak/understand English! Still no delivery. Of course it's only been 11 hrs... guess they're walking it to me, LOL! Company is a joke!

If I could put a 0 rating I would. I ordered my mother's 70th birthday flowers at almost $80 paid for same day shipping only for them never to arrive. I never got a call and email or a text stating why the flowers never showed up. I even waited till the following day to see if they would arrive and never did. When I call the customer service they were pretty rude and short and offered nothing of an explanation other than the floors did not have the flowers to make the arrangement. I then asked the woman why someone didn't call me to ask me if I wanted a different arrangement being as these were flowers for my mother's 70th birthday and I got caught off and sat the woman said that she was going to refund my money. That was all I God no I'm sorry I can't believe this happened to you no offer to do anything in return for the irritation of their trouble of my mom not having any flowers on her birthday. This company is a joke and I hope everyone who reads this changes their mind about ordering from these people. This was my 1st experience and my last.
Order flowers to surprise my mom for her 65th birthday. Flowers were never delivered on the scheduled day. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their customer service did reach out to me before I had a chance to call them. Their excuse was that they could not find a florist in the area. Why take the order if there are not any florists in my area?
I ordered some fruits radiance for our 10th year anniversary on Friday to be delivered on Saturday at my house. I persuaded my wife to stay home so she can receive the package but to my surprise, there was no delivery and I tried so hard to reach out to them but all to no avail. I finally got hold of them the next day and I asked the representative why my item wasnt delivered but she couldnt give me a good reason why and I asked to speak to her supervisor. I asked if its possible to deliver the item on Sunday but she said on Monday but couldnt tell me the time frame. Such an horrible experience. Stay away from this company, very unreliable and customer service is horrible. Now, Ive learned my lesson in a hard way because I didnt read the reviews before I placed my order. My money was refunded and my 10th year wedding anniversary was ruined. Pls stay away if you dont want to experience such horrific things.
