The company has garnered significant criticism regarding its reliability and customer service, with numerous customers reporting issues such as late deliveries, incorrect orders, and inadequate communication regarding cancellations. Many express frustration with the quality of the products received, often falling short of expectations set during the ordering process. While a few reviews note satisfactory experiences, particularly regarding resolution efforts, the predominant sentiment reflects disappointment and a lack of trust. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its operational efficiency and customer support to improve overall satisfaction and reputation.

I ordered an all purple bouquet for my sister's birthday. I upgraded to the 'better' arrangement. The description said Good=9 stalks, Better = 14. My sister's arrangement had 8 stalks. There were 3 WHITE roses, and 5 of one type of purple stalk. That equals 8 stalks. So, she didn't even receive the correct amount for a 'good' arrangement. Not to mention that there were only 2 shades in there. Purple and white, even though the description said: inspires, with it's fascinating cool shades of light and dark. Bringing together a collection of purple's finest blooms, this enchanting bouquet offers a combination of the swirling petals of lavender roses, the fragrant stalks of purple and lavender gilly flower, and purple statice accented with clusters of green button poms and lush greens. "...
What is was heavy on was a whole bunch of large green leaves that I have never seen in a floral bouquet in my left.
This was by far the worst service I have ever received. It was impossible to track my delivery. They apparently use 3rd party florists who lack communicating with them. I contacted them on numerous occasions because each time I spoke to a representative, I would get told something different about my order. I was advised they would call me back once contact was made with the florist. No call back. I advised that the delivery needed to be made before the end of business day, which is 3PM for a school. It was made afterwards, and the recipient had left. I spoke with a very rude manager, Alex, who lacked professionalism and customer service and interrupted me as I expressed my concerns. He even insinuated that my calls to their company was bothersome. I was told I would receive an email notification upon delivery. I did not! It was just overall a horrible, unsatisfactory experience that I would wish upon no one. To improve service, there should be a system set up to track the delivery, so calls do not have to be made to a representative. Especially, when you are made to feel unappreciated, and your business does not matter!
I ordered flowers 3 days before my friend's 50th birthday as a surprise to be sent to her office. No attempt was made to deliver flowers to her office. I was told "Either she no longer works there or she is off today". Actually neither of those statements were true. Had to talk to 4 people to get someone to agree to take an alternate address to send flowers to her home the next morning. I got a call 2 hours later saying they had placed the order with another florist and flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. And they refunded shipping fee so I thought the issue had been resolved. The problem is that my friend NEVER RECEIVED flowers at her home the next day. No one called or attempted to deliver flowers. When I called to complain they couldn't find my order. Someone had deleted the order, confirmation number, recipient, everything. I left a message for a supervisor and 3 hours later the same person who told me on Friday that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday called to say she was very sorry but the florist had not delivered the order. I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund. This was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Nicole C
I ordered large white lilies for a FUNERAL arrangement and when I arrived at the church there was nothing but CLOSED buds. NO blooming flowers at all. 3 calls later I finally got a call back and from a $100 arrangement they would give me the $17 service fee back. DO NOT use them. This is a HORRIBLE company. Not sure how they are still in business!
Flowers were delivered to the wrong address ON PURPOSE! They did not follow the instructions to leave the flowers at the door, and when they contacted me on the phone, I told them again to just leave the flowers at the door, we'd be home soon, but they refused and delivered them somewhere else, and we never received the flowers. I contacted customer service multiple times and they basically told me 'tough luck' and didn't fix the situation at all. Terrible service, would advise everyone else to stay away!
I cant stress to u how many times I called and threatened to sue but long story short if u ordered from them, immediately call ur bank to refund cuz its gonna be damn near impossible to get a refund from fake $#*! eflowers. U wont get your order delivered and if u do it wont be what u ordered.
I placed order for an arrangement for my daughter's gender reveal party in advance. I specifically asked to have green flowers substituted for any blue flower available & to please deliver it by 3:30 because it was a school. I called twice the day I placed the order and spoke to a cust serv rep, who assured me my requests could be handled. She never sent me a confirmation as she stated she would. On the morning of the delivery date, I called again and spoke to another rep who said it would be escalated and she would get her manager involved. Also promised a confirmation when it was complete. 3 hours later, I still had not received any call or email, so I called back only to be told they could not find a florist who could substitute a blue flower and had not bothered to notify me. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER. HAD I BEEN TOLD, I WOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER FLORIST TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVED FOR THE OCCASION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! 0 STAR RATING.
Ordered a tropical "Good Luck" plant for my wife's birthday. Was told I would get an e-mail confirming the order but never did - even after I called them. Rep spoke broken english so it was hard to understand her. Paid $45 for a very tiny plant that would have cost $10-15 at any local florist. Voiced my dissatisfaction with the value of the plant but never got a call back.
Flowers delivered to wrong address, half dead when i finally tracked them down, would not call me back after multiple calls into them.
If you want your flowers to arrive on time, don't use eflowers. They'll be late. Guaranteed. Don't use this service. Customer service is a third party who has no interest in helping track down your delivery. They are the worst. Use 1800 flowers instead.
After multiple calls to company, unable to resolve issues. When order was finally received, part of it was missing but still charged full price. Unreal. Horrible.
Ordered flowers for a funeral. Ordered two days in advance. Had free delivery on site. Filled in form for text updates, never got any. Never got any updates via email. I kept checking status online. Day of funeral, NO DELIVERY! So I called customer service, heard some girl laughing on other end. Finally got someone, she told me there was no delivery because no florist was available. WHAT? Now you tell me? They had a whole business day to contact me to infom me of this lack of professionalism. WORST FLORSIT! STAY AWAY. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said no one avail. JOKE and I can't belive I ordered from this company! They do not deserve ONE STAR. What, they can't read on the invoice it was for a FUNERAL!? JOKE JOKE JOKE
Sent flowers to a coworker in the hospital and they were never delivered. Then they were supposed to deliver them to her house, and that never happened either. Every you call to check the status of delivery, you basically have to give all the info you did when making the order, not to mention I got the exact same customer service rep each time I called 3 days in a row. The odds of that happening are nonexistent. Also, if you get an email confirmation that they were delivered, call your friend to make sure because those confirmations are false and after reading other reviews, I'm not the first person this has happened to and won't be the last.
Every February I sent flowers to my son's grave in California for his birthday. So, yesterday, I sent flowers to his grave through Florists.com. My wife calls me and says the flowers arrived at our house in Utah. My mistake. I go back into Florist.com and reorder and I made sure I entered the address of the cemetery as I copy and pasted the address from the cemetery's website. I then get a call from a delivery driver who had deliver the flowers to my office in Utah. The delivery driver told me the flowers went through a flower shop in Illinois prior to arriving at a flower shop in Utah. I then reorder for the third time. This time I take a picture of the delivery address that I entered into Florists.com. A little while later I get a call from a delivery driver who is lost in the cemetery. This all could have been prevented if Florist.com had a "review your order" page when you are checking out from their site. I will not use Florist.com ever again.
'm at my wits end. I was scheduled to receive flowers on Valentine's day from my father. He has sent me a bouquet with a note every year.
This is the last year I will receive these flowers. My father is dying, probably in the next few days. Those flowers and that note will be the last gift I ever receive from him.
And it has not turned up.
We have called MULTIPLE times (I stress multiple, because it's been almost every day since Valentine's), and the only response I get has been, "We can send a message to the flower shop and they should get back to you as soon as possible." When I've asked which flower shop was responsible for delivery, I am told that eflowers doesn't have access to that information.
So basically, the company my father ordered through has absolutely no control over whether or not these flowers are received. I have no idea who to blame for this. The flower shop for not getting in touch despite multiple (supposed) attempts from eflowers to call me directly, or the company itself for being completely ineffective at solving customer complaints (petty as they may be).
It took a lot of effort for my father to go through the effort of ordering a bouquet this year, considering the cancer in his brain and spinal cord. We deserve at least SOME effort on your part. Your "about us" page states that you are committed to Quality and Service, and each order is treated to personalized care. I call bull. I've left a decent amount of this email in an online review for eflowers, and will be happy to remove it once my complaint has been addressed and settled. Hell hath no fury!
My husband placed the order online from eflowers.com. The best thing I can say about the order was that it arrived the day it was supposed to.
The flowers I received were a huge disappointment. A grocery store arrangement thrown into a vase might have looked better. Some of the flowers looked like they had been out of water for quite some time and beat up pretty badly, I assume during the delivery process. White lilies were missing petals, starting to turn brown, instead of plucking off the stamen, the entire center was cut off! The white roses were browning on the edges and cut so short they were overshadowed by the mauled lilies. The greenery was half dried out and the several stems of the purple filler flowers were bent and broken, wilted and dried out because they weren't even touching the water.
I called to report the condition of the flowers the following day and was told I would receive a call back from the local florist that arranged and delivered them. Nothing.
Again, I called the customer support number listed on the eflowers.com website and was told I was only calling a messaging service. 'Bernadette' assured me that she would send them another message to inform them again of my dissatisfaction and that I would hear back. Nothing yet.
eFlowers.com website states that they guarantee satisfaction and they will refund or replace the "arrangement" - neither of which has happened. If I knew who the local florist was, I would route my communication through them, but conveniently, their name is not on the card or envelope.
My recommendation would be to save yourself the embarrassment and trouble and order from a local, reputable florist.
If I could give 1/2 a star I would do that. Horrible! Flowers ordered for Vday of course they didnt deliver them. Husband called the morning of the 15th and was told the florist would be calling him back. By 2:30 when they hadnt called still I called back to be told the same thing. Here we are on Friday and having to dispute the cost of overly priced flowers that didnt even make their destination. Just say no to eflowers. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I ordered flowers from Florist.com to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my aunt. It was also her anniversary - and the first anniversary she would spend alone after my uncle passed away only a week earlier. I had intended to surprise her on a very difficult day, but the flowers were not delivered. It is now 2/16/18 and she has never received them and they will only refund me $14.99 for shipping. I asked for a refund - not a 2 day late delivery. I have emailed them repeatedly and they refuse to offer a full refund. I am so disappointed and would never recommend or use this company again. I would rate zero if I could - USE ANY OTHER FLOWER SERVICE.
I place an order for my girl on feb 1st for a delivery date of Feb 14th. On the 14th I call for a status update and from that point forward I knew my money had been taken and ways going to be a challenge getting a refund. All I wa told is theyd have florist call back and after 4 different phones calls 3 hours apart no call backs. Its been two days later and along with 4 calls 3 emails later, I get an email back saying we are looking into it. My girlfriend hasnt gotten her flowers I paid for and if its going to be late at the very least an update would have eased the issue. Its my fault for not doing my research and should of come here first. I will now everything in my power to make sure others know this is a scam!
