Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day. They weren't delivered until the day afterwards, so useless now... I called, and after waiting on hold for 1 hour 13 minutes I finally got someone on the phone and tried to return them. They flat out refused to accept a return even though they weren't able to deliver on the holiday they were ordered for. (I also ordered these ~a month in advance. I think that's plenty of notice...)

Got in on a slickdeals. Was posted by a florist.com rep. Pulled trigger thinking it can't be that bad. 40 bux for a bouquet with delivery. Picture looks so beautiful. My wife received it and was embarassed. Got 2 roses, 2 tulips and a couple of stems and a mini balloon. Looked nothing like the picture. I could have gotten a dozen red roses and a box of godiva chocalate at half the price. Will never order from them again. 1 star for on time delivery i guess.

I so wish I had reviewed Florist.com before I ordered. Valentine's bouquet came the day after. Seriously it looks as though the flowers were just randomly cut by someone who has no idea about what making a bouquet entails. This was also done the day AFTER Valentine's Day!

Trying to track my order and and make a query on their website resulted in me getting a message saying my email address couldn't be found, it's as if it's set up to not allow you to track the order or make queries. Horrible customer service and product.

I ordered flowers to be delivered and that never happened. Eflowers sent me a delivery confirmation that the items was delivered, I guess they didn't expect me to contact the recipient. I called back was told multiple different stories. It's on its way.etc. Etc. Flowers were not delivered and customer service in Pakistan can't do nothing for me.

The WORST!

Flowers were ordered, confirmed HAND DELIVERY. GUARANTEED... flowers were delivered to wrong address. Called customer svc. Obvious it's an outsourced operation, JEFF could barely speak English and Couldn't answer a question without placing me a hold. With an open line he spoke to another employee in a foreign language. When I asked for the location of the call ctr. Couldn't confirm local florist handling the order for pick-up. Can Only take a # & have them call us. JEFF hung up on me. 5 calls later all the same. They offered refund... no apology or offer REDO. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE. So another rush gift had to be ordered... THIS COMPANY & THOSE LIKE THIS ONE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN... Next call BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam! Their customer service is a bogus call center in the Philippines. Ordered flowers online, but they could not be delivered because "they no longer have a shop in that area"... Took the money right away, but waited five hours to email me that they could not process the order! When you call the number in their email or the number on their website, it goes to a call center in the Philippines who says I have to call the shop that has the order... WHAT SHOP? There is NO shop in that area! Supervisor was no better! Will not connect you to anyone who speaks English or understands what I'm saying! Won't cancel the order or process a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered flowers for my friend 6 days ago on a Saturday. They were supposed to be delivered Monday. They were not delivered. I received an email from this company stating they would schedule redelivery. It has never happened. Ive emailed them multiple times and been hung up on when I tried to call. I want my money back and I will never, ever purchase from them again! This is ridiculous! Do not use this company!

Im sorry Im sorry is all I could understand ordered floweres for a funereal on a Tuesday and Friday never delivered after days of yes they be delivered and never were. Took our money right away though... this company IS THE WORST DO NOT ORDER! THEY ARE NOT A QUALITY OR A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!

Ordered arrangement at 10am, same day delivery and by 6pm same evening, nothing delivered. Called customer service the next morning to be told 'the florist made a note saying the delivery area was too far'. After asking at what point they were planning to notify me of that, the rep just kept repeating 'I'm sorry'. Me--'is there some process for notifying a paying customer when their money is taken but the product isn't delivered?' them--'I'm sorry'. They offered to reschedule delivery, but when i asked why the distance that was a problem yesterday was somehow no longer to be an issue today, the rep was confused and just repeated the offer. He then mentioned that the customer service team has a 'huge workload' THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY CLOWNS--the huge workload makes sense in light of my experience.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday. Not only did they not show up but the florist didnt accept the order and no one told me or the site. I was left until I cancelled the order Sunday. No one even offered free shipping or a larger bouquet to keep my business. Ill be sticking with 1800 a Flowers. At least they deliver on time

I ordered a nice bouquet in mid-December for delivery by the 22nd. When the person who was supposed to receive it hadn't mentioned it by the 28th, I went online to check when it was delivered. IT WASN'T, and they hadn't said a word to me. I contacted customer service, and they responded that it would be delivered by January 21st. I told them to cancel. I then received a phone call trying to get me to accept the order for the January date. Incompetent fools! NEVER USE!

Poor Service

This order was a disaster. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Colorado. Made sure all information for ship to was accurate. Today I received the flowers in Hawaii where I live. The Colorado hospital name was correct, zip code correct, but my name and address for delivery. Plus the flowers were mostly wilted, roses all opened, and the ribbon looked as it it had been used several times already. Trying to get this settled but no phone to call only email (which may take days to receive an answer). I put a hold on the credit card. Worst part is my friend has no flowers to make her feel better. I'll never use this company again.

I ordered from them twice, and the 1st time for my aunt's funeral and they called ME to tell me they couldn't find a florist in that town that was open. I explained that WHY I put the zip code for the bigger city next to it, and when the wreath got there it looked liked a scrawny wilted version of the picture. Them I just ordered some for my Dad for veterans day, and I almost died when my sis in law sent me a picture! NOTHING like what I ordered and no vase. I wouldn't pay 5.00 on the street for them. Horrible place, they obviously don't follow up on there orders.

Flowers received were bruised and banged up (like they were in a box and kicked down a block. With apologies to the recipient, I contacted FTD (I was a gold member), I called and emailed a few times, but no one ever responded. I had hoped to let them know to assess what had happened - bad product, delivery... as it may have effective many customers. I never heard back by phone, email or even through account in mail. No customer service at all! Now I only send flowers directly from local florists.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on a friday. First thing flowers were ready until, monday, then they told me that they don't deliver where i stay, then when i went to meet the lady the order was wrong, wrong size wrong colors. So i called the contact info online a week ago and nothing... no refund or redo or anything. So in short stay away from eflowers and use 1800flowers
