While checking the delivery status through their website, it would never update. Finally I called and told them there's no delivery info and they told me to hold. I was then told the flowers were left at the front door, mind you it was 90 degrees on this day. I was sending the flowers as a get well gift. They refused to do anything without a picture. I told them I wasn't going to ask someone who is ill to take a picture of flowers while they're supposed to be resting in bed. Told me they would escalate it and speak w/ a supervisor and someone get in touch w/ me. Still haven't heard from them.
I ordered flowers for my sister in law who was in the hospital. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like what I ordered from the site. Save your money and order elsewhere. I will never use them again. Sorry for the sideways picture, I tried to rotate, but you can still see the difference. Very disappointed in them.
Worst customer service. Flowers dying after day two. They said to send pictures and I did. They apologized and said they'd send a fresh bouquet. A few hours later I get another email saying the recipient was happy. Really?

Used FTD that used Allen's in San Diego. Absolutely beautiful flower arrangements have been ordered and delivered on different occassions!
Ordered flowers on Tuesday for same day delivery well ahead of the deadline, never arrived and never bothered to tell me there were issues with my order.
Call customer service on Wednesday they apologize that the flowers did not arrive and say they cannot deliver today but will deliver on Wednesday. After lots of fighting they graciously agree to a full refund and will deliver the flowers on Thursday.
Flash forward to Thursday at 3pm. Currently on the phone fighting with customer service because flowers once again will not be arriving today. No one bothered to contact me about this. I had to call customer service and that's when I found out.
They claim flowers will be arriving tomorrow but I'll believe it when I see it.
THIS BUSINESS SHOULD SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. All of the Google reviews are fake.

The cake received was not the one I had ordered and was of substandard quality. The cake was of different shape, different cream which tasted very bad. No chocolate ganache on the cake as shown in the pic. Very disappointing. Will never order from this site again

Very unreliable, I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered flowers for my Mother's 85th birthday. Flowers never showed up and have been given no update as to where they are.
I ordered flowers on Friday morning for Saturday same day delivery. On Saturday, I get a voicemail asking to call back because they had to substitute 3 flower colors. I called them back and told them that the substitutions were fine. I said, these were "get well" flowers, so don't put too much white flowers. 2 hours later, I get another call saying that the local florist is now unable to honor the delivery. A few hours later, I get another email asking if it's OK for them to fed ex some flowers and have them arrive on Tuesday. They worded the email as if they're doing me a favor of fed-ex'ing flowers 4 days late - with no additional charge. I told them I'd take my business elsewhere. They didn't seem to care.
EFlowers got back to me by email. They contended the only problem with the arrangement was the lilies had not yet opened. They offered to go get the arrangement and refund my money; replace the arrangement with another like it; refund the handling cost of $17.99 and I keep the arrangement. I told them to keep their money and mine. No amount of opening is going to salvage that scraggly mess. My sister-in-law bought roses and gladiaolas, filled in to make a beautiful arrangement. She's working on constructing a new, printed card with no spelling error underneath the correction.
I cannot stress this enough! Don't risk it!

This is a middleman website... selling to get a cut from floral businesses... their customer service agents are completely indifferent, and extremely hard to understand (foreign). Rude. Acted like holidays meant nothing to them. In one case offered refund on product that never showed but refused to refund shipping. Took a very long call to get even that much. In second case, they offered a refund minus shipping on product that received after the holiday... IF it was returned. Could not see putting my elderly relative through that hassle!

If you are looking for same day delivery do not use florist.com. I was extremely disappointed to learn at the end of the day that my order would not be delivered even though I was promised same day delivery.
They deducted the money from my account before they even coordinated services with a florist. I received a message that they couldn't locate a florist in the area (I managed to find one to actually get some flowers delivered). I attempted to call them back right away at the number provided and could only reach an answering service. I left a message. No response. I left 3 additonal messages since I can only reach the answering service. I was trying to send flowers to my sister because her elderly father in law was murdered during a car jacking. I had to contact a different, local florist to get flowers delivered and here I am still fighting with this company to just get a return call and my money back. I wish they had a yelp account. They should get a negative star review
Ruined a birthday gift. The flowers NEVER SHOWED UP AND I WAS NEVER GIVEN NOTICE OF A DELAYED SHIPMENT Just called to see how my mom liked her flowers. What flowers? Customer service closed. Don't ever use this site. Their Google reviews are fake the process is confusing start to finish and i'm out $100 and mom didn't get her gift.
Florist.com is the worst ever! Customer service will not respond. The phone number they list on your emailed receipt is invalid. They change the flower order without ever considering contacting the customer even though they have your number! I'm assuming that is because you would then have their phone number. If you email them, you get a "this is a reply only" email address even though that address is listed as their customer service email address. They give you another email address to use instead, but they still never reply! I ordered pink, yellow and lavender flowers and they changed them to all pink and three yellow flowers! The arrangement is totally different than what I paid for. If I could put pictures on here, I would!

I normally read reviews before using a company and didn't this time--huge mistake. I ordered a sympathy plant for an employee on 5/21/2018 to be delivered on 5/22/2018. When a week passed and the employee had not mentioned anything about the plant, I inquired only to learn that she had not received a plant at all. Of course, the company had no trouble charging my credit card for the non-existent plant. I proceeded to call multiple times over the course of several days--each time told by the answering service that I would get a call back from the florist the same day. Fed up, I finally called today and asked to speak the manager of the answering service (they didn't want to pass the phone to her, but finally relented) and she said she would email the manager of the florist. I did get a call today and he tells me that they were having trouble finding a florist in the area--yet no one thought to let me know? If I had not called they would be $70 richer and my employee still wouldn't have a plant. I finally said refund my credit card and I will now work on sending a sympathy plant to my employee 2 weeks after her loss. This place needs to be shut down--from the other reviews it appears that they do this ALOT.
Ordered for a funeral for same day service for another State and paid $57.98. I got a confirmation email and thought all was good, right? Nope, got a phone call something about couldn't deliver until Friday which wouldn't e until two days later! After the funeral and burial btw! So I call them back at the number left on my voicemail and of course told that it's their answering service and they would pass along the message. No call back, so I call again a few hours later, the same thing! I wait until the next day and I get the same thing give them all my information again, the recipient information and all and then told that they will send over the message immediately and tell them it's urgent and that I'm upset! Well now we are on Friday and I'm calling for the fifth and last time, hopefully, and told them I want a refund and they tell me they don't do that the shop does the refunds, so how does that work I said, because my bank shows you guys took my money!? No reply to that and I said someone had best call me and I mean today and give me my damn money back and do not deliver a plant to someone after the funeral has already come and gone! I'm beyond pissed and in disbelief that there is a company out there doing this to people. I'm only upset that I didn't do my research on them before ordering! I should have just sent money with my daughter when she went out if town for the funeral the I wouldn't have to depend on strangers at all! Horrible experience and just STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
