I ordered Beyond Blue Bouquet - Deluxe for delivery on 1/13/2026. The actual order received was all white. The arrangement was very nice, but the color blue was selected for a specific reason that the recipient would enjoy.
Edit: After posting this review, FTD customer service reached and proactively took care of my concern stated above. I was pleasantly surprised as it seems a long time that a company actually wants to take care of their customers. I have updated the overall shopping experience and customer service ratings to 5 stars.

I've ordered arrangements many times. Each time I'm lured in with the offer of a discount and of cash earnings toward my next order. Those earnings are never available when I place an order and the discounts offered are usually less than the delivery cost.

The flowers were for my daughter's birthday so specifically ordered a vase that said 'Happy Birthday' but when flowers were delivered the vase was plain white. Flowers were still beautiful. Thank you.

I paid for the exquisite size of the bouquet ($120) for my friends 50th birthday but the flowers she received looked nothing like the picture - the bouquet was TINY! It was exactly what the standard bouquet size shown on the website. I am so disappointed and embaraced that my friend got that sad tiny bouquet from my name.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday for a Jan 13 delivery. It was not clear to me when I made the purchase that the flowers might not arrive until 8pm, which is unacceptable. I called FTD in the late afternoon to see whether I could speed it up -- the customer service rep was unhelpful. The flowers arrived just as my daughter was leaving for the evening, and almost missed her, in which case the flowers would have sat on her wintry doorstep and been damaged by the cold. If I had understood about the ridiculous delivery window, I would certainly have used a difference flower service. I will never use FTD again. The FTD delivery window is ridiculous, and I did not pay all that money for the flowers to arrive so late.

The colors were beautiful and warm to add a little hint of warmness to a cold winters day. The combination of flowers were perfect for my daughter's birthday. She loved them. I also like how I was able to choose a vase which would compliment her new apartment.

If i could give a -3 stars I would. I found out 3 DAYS after the scheduled delivery date at the Funeral home visitation for the deceased that the delivery WAS NOT MADE. I DID NOT receive a return email as promised. I was forced to call the 800 number and speak with a foreign national CSR where I received confirmation that the delivery WAS NOT MADE. I requested and was given a full refund to be posted. I was offered a COMPLIMENTARY economy arraignment to be delivered to the HOME OF THE DECEASED... unsatisfactory!
This will be my LAST order from FTD and/or its partners! FTD's Customer Service email is "we care"... are you kidding me? My Order# and proof of purchase was *******4905.

I was very pleased with the selections that were available. The arrangement was shipped directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, there was no card or reference of the person that sent the arrangement. I called the individual after I was prompted to give a review. They were grateful that it had come from me but otherwise knew nothing about the sender or from whom sent it. That was disappointing. However, they were thrilled with what they had received.
