The service is ready to use. The flowers always turn out beautiful and last a long time. However, I ordered two arrangements to the same address and they charged $19 each to deliver them. $38 deliver fee is ridiculous. That is the only reason not to use them. Everything else about them is wonderful.

The site is easy to navigate and understand. I ordered these for my husband a few days in advance of his birthday and was pleased he received the same vase as in the picture as well as most of the same flowers. I paid for the most expensive bouquet... what was delivered was dying, limp, and has more leaves than it does flowers. I paid $40 at a grocery store for a better bouquet.

My package was thrown on the sidewalk in front of my house. We have a front porch where packages can be put so they are out of sight from the street. The delivery person could have taken three more steps to put the package where it would have been safe. It is the worst delivery I have ever had from anyone.

It was nothing like the photo and the flowers were already dying when they arrived. I was very disappointed! But if you complain you just waste your time. Won't use this service again

I ordered the premium birthday bouquet the day before her birthday and my mother received it early in the day the next day. She really liked the arrangement that the florist put together. The decorative card holder was nicer than the example on the website and blooms were still opening 1 week later.

I was told the order was delivered on Saturday. It had not. FTD refused to tell me what local florist fulfilled the order, nor who took delivery. On Monday, the order was delivered. It did not have a basket (what I ordered) and the flowers were nothing like the order, not even the colors.
