It was not quite as seamless as expected. When i first installed the unit, it had a bunch of codes inside, and an oil light even before i finished the key relearn, codes that i did not have with the old unit. Then, i got a P0315 code for a crankshaft position variant not learned that would not go away until i took a professional scan tool and did a crank relearn! It took 2 more times to clear that code even though the tool said it completed successfully. Then, i was also getting a P0171 code that would not go away until i changed the MAF sensor, yet i did not get that with the old unit either. After relearning, changing and code clearing, now, it is working fine!
WAS TOLD IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 5 DAYS IT TOOK 3 WEEKS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DIDN'T HAPPEN JUST 1 TIME. BELIEVED THEIR LIE TWICE. WOULD RECOMMEND USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY. ALSO THE COMPUTER WAS NOT PLUG AND PLAY. HAD TO HAVE KEYS PROGRAMMED AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULDN'T HAVE TO. VERY DISHONEST PLACE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
ECU works perfectly and is an outstanding value. I was able to repair our 2010 Traverse at a fraction of the cost of what the dealer or even what an ecu from one of the major parts retailers would have cost.
I received great service being given emails even befor the package was shipped to keep me informed as to what was going on. And receiving an ECM that fixed all the problems I was having.

The procedure for ordering was easy to follow. The only reason for the score is I don't yet have the part. If it arrives and is as described once installed then I will whole heartedly give a five star.
It was super slow process, it took a month to get the part. No communication between program department and customer service. Customer service was in contact without any help, just waiting for programming.
They were very helpful and fast on shipping and they were very affordable and honest I would recommend anyone 2 them I will make sure 2 call them again if I need another part 4 my suv

I installed the ecu and I now have a fuel issue the injectors are having a issue and so is the lift pump I don't know what it could be I took it to autozone to get a engine scan and it says ecm/pcm interval issue

Ordered an ECU - promised 2-5 days - it's been 5 weeks and no item. They avoid answering emails and will not help me out. Once they get your money - they don't care. Avoid at all costs.

Our company is severely affected by the ongoing national strike of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Once all of this issues has been addressed you should be expecting your unit to be delivered.
I plugged the ecm in and it didn't work called in to tell them they wouldn't give me my money back as said on their advertisement. I ended up going to the dealership and buying a ecm and they said also that it wasn't any good, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them because their guarantee is false.
GOT THE ECM TO US IN GREAT TIME, BUT PROGRAMMING BECAME A PROBLEM, BUT WITH SOME HELP, FINALLY, GOT THAT DONE AND THE CAR RUN'S GREAT WITH NEW ECM IN PLACE!
Was easy to find what I needed and to order. Sent my VIN so they could program the PCM/ECM all for one great price. Havent had any issues with the new computer. Jeep us much happier.

My 2006 jeep commander needed a pcm and couldn't afford a new one with flagship one I was able to get my car fix at the right price i ordered the pcm true them just need it the vin number and they did the rest and a few days pcm arrived i did installed and my car is running with no issues thank flagship one.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
