My ecm that I purchased from flagship programming was not right. I have to have my vehicle towed and I a shop and have to have them program my ecm. Could've just did that from the beginning. What a waste

Ordered my ECM, took about 2 weeks to get it. Received updates by e-mail and installed it with instructions that were e-mailed to me and it worked with no problem at all.

Started out good then went bad but ended with flying colors im so happy my car was down for 2years it fired up second time i hit the key i started crying thank you so much
The order process was simple and just requires the vin number and a payment. Unfortunately from there, it took a long time to process and ship the oder and I waited for nearly 2 weeks with my car sitting in the workshop and the mechanic calling me every day to ask when I'm taking the vehicle out.
I would still recommend this business and am happy with how the car is running with the new unit.

My mechanic put the part on but It simply didn't work. It said plug and play that's what he did and it still reads the same error on the computer I'm not sure what to do.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
