I originally got on the website to look for a PCM for my 2006 F-150 and they had a ton of choices, almost overwhelming amount of choices so I decided to call their customer service line and they were very helpful. They got me the exact part I needed. They were very prompt to send emails every step of the way and to update me. Honestly the service was so good it was suspicious. I thought it was a scam, but it wasn't, it was good. Got parts installed it worked great.

Bought an ECM. It doesn't work. Keeps throwing a code that makes the vehicle undrivable. I have attempted to make contact twice and gotten no response either time.
Edit: They called after this review and made everything right. I got to return the product and was issued my refund. Great customer service once they contacted.
The ecm was delivered and truly was a plug and play unit. It solved the intermittent problem and I now have a smooth running 1996 Toyota T100 with only 407,800 miles.

Their product worked great. It took forever a little over three weeks to receive it after several phone calls and emails. The product is good, but customer service is not so good. About the product a better price and quicker turnaround somewhere else.
When you're just guessing, you have to trust somebody. Trust these folks.

Somewhat disappointed. The ECM i ordered was supposed to be pre-programmed but wasn't. Since it took a while to arrive I decided to have a dealer program it instead of returning it for you to do.

Smooth and seamless transition! Computer wasn't exactly brand new, but the updated functionality was an overall plus! As expected, the car initially ran pretty rough for about an hour before finally settling down to lower rpm's! I allowed it to idle for some time in the driveway before testing it out on the road! 1 month into it, so far so good!
Both the ficm and pcm was plug in and go. Worked as it showed without any problems. But communication isn't very good.
My old spare truck refused to start. The problem was diagnosed as a dead control module. My mechanic recommended Flagship One. I ordered the part, it came, got installed, and solved the problem. I am satisfied.

When I received my ecm, and installed it the check engine light and traction control light both came on. There were codes for corrupt or not programmed files. Had to pay another 100 bucks to have the ecm reprogrammed to fix the issue and got no response from flagship one.
Worked on cars all my life...Very rare these days to deal with parts people that treat you like Flagship one...I'm coming back!... and telling fellow mechanics too!... Thanks Flagship One!

I should have mentioned that my truck has an immobilizer, and at this point still won't start. Can I bypass this or am I basically stuck with an ecm that won't work for me. Kinda ready to give up.
I had a great experience it took a little longer than expected but I understand it's the holidays. I put the computer in and still could not get the key programmed to it..
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
