My 2005 Colorado Ecu would get an occasional 601 code and after verifying that it wasn't in the wiring I ordered a replacement from Flagship One and no new 601 code.
Now I just have a gas cap code to deal with.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about the accuracy of the item (ECM plug and play deal) given I have had bad experiences in the past, although, I have to say my experience has been no less than impressive, indeed plug and play, car started right up. Definitely, I would buy from them again and certainly recommend this company to other customers.

an hour agoUpdated 01/17/25- We will see what the service is like once I receive the PCM. The online reviews are atrocious, we will see what my experience turns out to be.
As promised I am updating. Had a locksmith come out today and the "new" PCM came with 2 faults. My Expedition won't shift out of 1 gear now. My original PCM had 1 fault code.
When you call them and order a PCM, they ask you to give them a five star rating before you hang up. I thought that was weird, so I changed it to 3 stars, pending the delivery, installation, and programming. They called no less than 5 times asking me to change the rating. This place really is a joke! Don't order from them. I have to have the locksmith come back out to reprogram my old PCM.
FLAGSHIP, you people should be ashamed of yourselves. You're stealing money.
Customers: if you have $349.00 to throw away, buy from these folks because then you will have 2 PCMs that don't work. Ridiculous!
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A COMPANY,THEY CLAIM TO SEND YOU A PLUG AND PLAY SYSTEM FOR LOTS OF USD MONEY AND ITS USED OR JUST GARBAGE AND 90 DAYS LATER AND SENT BACK TWICE THEY TELL ME I PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, I FIRST SENT IT BACK AND IT WASN'T PICKED UP AT THE LOCAL MAIL SO AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY SENT IT BACK AND NOW A SECOND TIME THEY WANT MONEY FROM ME.NEVER USE FLAGSHIP EVER YOU WILL BE WAY MORE HAPPY JUST PAY DEALER RATE.

I purchased a computer through them and it showed up very promptly and in great packaging but it turns out that wasn't my issue and they were very convenient and helpful in the return process and it was very simple! I ordered two computers for two different vehicles in the same day one of them came in a few days after the other one but they both worked perfectly, completely updated and will use this company again.
The unit did not work for my vehicle, I returned my purchase and they returned my money.
Ordered based I was initially sent the wrong items, they were sent back as required and then I promptly received the items I ordered the second time around.on my mechanics recommendation and lifetime warranty

This has to be the worst company I've ever delt with! I purchase a unit in September and come November it crashed!. It left me stranded at a gas station. The garage said it was dead! It wouldn't talk period! No codes anything. Luckily! I had my old ecm which was said to be bad but it wasn't! The shop pulled up the info in itright away and my car was back in business!. Now for the break down! There warranty is only 30 days cash back and lifetime limited warranty just swapping you with junk!. Now they were going to send me one in place for another one! $229!. I said I don't need another one! I'm out of the 30 day window period!. We now here comes the break down of the dirtiest company! The employee asked me I MUST take down all my bad reviews! Talk about Blackmail and extortion! She said it's not the company saying it it's from the employee I've delt with! I told her that's extortion! So I gave a 3 star instead of one she did get my money back! Shocked the $#*! out of me!. So BEWARE and I went through BB of NY and they contacted me finally cause they quit communicating with me!. So please people don't use this company and save your headache! Flagship One is a joke!
I asked about my programing my keys. I figured that own my own. Then I STILL haven't heard back why my remote start doesn't work after Installing the new computer. I asked if this was left out? Never got a replay back! My remote start will not work. Old computer did.
The price was right and they did everything they promised would definitely recommend them

On ECM they don't say about updating units until you get the unit and it won't work. They units say programmed and updated but there not updated just programmed so now you have to pay more money to have it updated at your car dealer? They say take it to a mechanic but all mechanics can't do it and it's a butt load of money to get it updated! Done but from them!
TOOK ABOUT 30 DAYS AFTER ORDERED PLUS 4 OR 5 PHONE CALLS AND MUTLIBLE EMAILS AND TWO OR THREE WEEKS AFTER MONEY CLEARED THE BANK BEFORE I RECEIVED MY ECM. I ORDERED 3 WEEKS BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND RECEIVED IT 5 DAYS AFTER TURKEY DAY.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
