Part was great, liked that they were able to get something that was obsolete from Ford. Unfortunately took more than two weeks to get.
Replaced ecm, followed instructions to the T. Now car still turns over but won't start at all when before it ran fine just would not engage alternator.
The part was functional, but it was the incorrect part. The delivery took longer than anticipated but overall the experience was good. The customer service person was professional and kind. I what purchase from them again. I just need to ensure they clearly understand the part I am requesting.
Ordered on Feb 15th, didn't get it until Mar 7th. Got a couple emails apologizing but they never answered any of my emails back. Overall, I'm not impressed.
The information that I read online said it was plug and play. I didn't expect to have to plug something in the computer port. And let it sit for 30 minutes while lights were flash. But it did work out on the first try.
They kept me informed about every step. The part came on time and functions as expected.

When I called the customer service was not helpful. As I work in retail myself I know what to expect as a customer and didn't receive it. Will not buy anything from here again.
I'm actually going to return the computer. Some years back I had good luck on a ford PCM, did not have the same luck on a pontiac.
Helpful instructions. No issue. It worked exactly as it was supposed to. Would recommend to anyone that needed an ECM.

This great instructional help email arrived at 3:42am this morning.
The replacement ECM arrived in the mail around 3 pm yesterday afternoon. I spent all afternoon and evening and night trying the many and various key relearn procedures found on the internet. Finally after the 6th attempt (each attempt around 35 minutes long) I found the working combination.
It would have been so much more helpful if this email would have arrived about one day earlier. The ECM was ordered last Thursday night, so I suspect there is a way for this information to be sent earlier. And since the new ECM was programmed to my specific VIN number, it could also be determined which of the 3 procedures listed in your attachment I should use.
These are just suggestions for making your customer service exceptional and "over the top". Otherwise, the new ECM works fine.

Sent the tcm back didn't get no refund.and they kept the tcm.so I loose all around.dont remember the date of experience.but it was just a disappointment.the tcm was not fully programmed.
So for...Will turn over fine,,Wont Fire,checked connections, doesn't connect with OBD2 port.DONT KNOW,, If I understood your ad,it was reset, programed, install and go.Every thing you could throw at the problem I have. REALLY COUNTED ON ECM.LET YA KNOW😐

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
