It was very helpful from the rep to place the PCM order. Shipping was very fast. However, $175 spent on the PCM did not resolve the truck issue. It does not work at all even though followed all the given instructions. End up brought the truck to a GM dealership and replaced a remanufactured PCM then problems solved.

However, Michael Talbo from Flagship reached out to me and offered the return/refund for the unused PCM. He has helped to make the return process seamlessly. It was a great experience with the excellent customer service that Flagship has had in place. I'll definitely buy the stuff from Flagship again once a need arise.
New ECU for a 1999 C1500 GM, works great. By the book key relearn process, I'm very pleased with the service.
I bought a pcm and a tcm from flagship1. Fabulous customer service and lifetime warranties is what really like. Parts arrived in a timely manner and they sent emails of the staus during shipping. Outstanding!

Waited much longer than promised for ecm to arrive. Then had to reflash once here due to programmed to wrong vin.

We ha d a customers vehicle with a bad pcm. Could not find a pcm from local vendors. We sent the pcm to FlagShip 1 and had it repaired. Very quick turn around. THANKS!

Provided the exact ECM I needed for my Dodge Ram. Worked right the first time! Event though I had to also replace my alternator for it communicate properly.
They sent me s different ecm instead of reprogramming mine. Battled getting correct strategy like it had

Very Slow shipping, customer service is ok but if you need a component quickly because you have customers, I'd use someone else, the really didn't seem to care that I had customers for their electronics. About 2 weeks is their average to get an ECM/PCM.

The ECM for a 2013 Silverado I purchased was a very easy process. It came with the VIN pre programmed into the unit and the customer service was keeping me informed through email every stage of the process. Also Flagship was the cheapest ECM I could find not many if any place online will test the Unit and program the VIN for the price they are offering.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
