I need a new ECU for my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. I was chatting with the staff and the ensured my needs were met. I greatly appreciate what the staff and technicians did for me.
Worse experience tried contacting about having issues with the computer they sent me never got a response and well the new computer is still sitting in it packaging unused.
The PCM I ordered was bead blasted on the outside and the dust was all over the inside. Normally I do not ope up the PCM's I get from Flagship one. But the old PCM I got has a PROM chip inside. So I took the cover off to see if I had to transfer the old chip to the new one. I did not. But I found a lot of dust inside. The PCM worked great. I just did not like all the dirt in the PCM.
I typically work with Ziah when requesting parts and service. She is an awesome representative for Flagship One. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Ziah is always prompt and does everything possible to fill my orders. She is always kind and courteous. If there is a product issue, Ziah is quick to address and resolve.
My second purchase from Flagship One. Both purchases were fast and efficient. Plug and play. No problems what so ever. The staff is helpful and the process fast. Just give your Vin number and they will handle the rest.
