I'm a retired forklift mechanic.You guys used to rebuild our wire guidance boxes at a very inexpensive price.Now I have used you twice in the last year for my computer on my vehicles and your work has always been Excellent. At a fraction of the cost.
The folks at flag ship one were very quick to respond. They sent a "ready-to-go" ECM very quickly. Installed and it works perfectly. Coding my keys was so easy with the attached email to my order.
I ordered a computer for a Lexus with a transmission problem. It came pre programmed. Plugged it in and followed the instructions. All worked perfect. My last 3 computers worked out perfect. Before that I was not a fan. Some computers came from the wrong vehicles. They were for 4WD when mine was 2wd. Setting codes and there was no way to fix it. A few other problems in the past but the last year and a half Flagship one seems to have gotten their act together.
Everything went well. Had the part I needed and received it in a somewhat timely manner. Only negative is it was very difficult to hear on my phone order and conversations.
Had a locksmith program new keys and it now runs great with no issues
This was an easy and hassle-free purchase. I was very pleased with the delivery time.
The computer programming went fine and worked great after wards. It was the 20mins of cleaning all the sand and debris from the pins and connectors. I'm a little disappointed in spending that much money and having to still work on prepping the ECU before I could connect it.
Was kept up to date in regards to my order. 50 characters required to leave my experience I was close to not leaving one
I ordered a PCM online and was one digit off on the vin number. They caught it and I was able to correct it before it was shipped. The part was packaged very well so I received it without any damage. Plugged it in and it works as expected. I had some questions about returning the core and activating the warranty, so I called and Mary answered my questions. Great experience, will look here first if I ever need another PCM.
They went out of their way to help locate a PCM for an older Mazda. They kept me informed with the progress. I installed it and it has been working great.
