As advertised! Keep in mind it does take a while to program the ECM prior to shipping. But it's because they test it thoroughly before shipping.
Got a new computer for my truck. Paid for it to be programmed with the Vin number. Then had to pay a mechanic to do it for real when it came not programmed. I reached out demanding a refund and got ghosted.

I was served well by Apple. Only complaint was the 100$ shipping charge which seemed steep considering it went through usps and canada post and should never have cost that much for standard delivery. It was well packaged/protected though.

After 5 attempts to have a reman sent from local parts house that none worked! This company had this one out to me plugged it in and the job was done! Go and save yourself a headache and call this spot!

I had no problems ordering and receiving my computer for my 1993 Chevy truck. Although it did not solve my problem with the transmission (need a rebuild), you can depend on Flagship One.

My decals arrived in great condition and well packaged. Their online installation instructions were very helpful. However I became impatient and instead of waiting for my much more experienced friend to arrive to help me with the installation I decided that I can do this but I was wrong. It was no fault of the product that I got a few small wrinkles in the decals but entirely due to my impatience. They are serving their purpose anyway so thumbs up to the product and the Flagship company and crew..

PCM works and programmed fine no issues.used forscan for programming and pats. Did have to clean media blast material out of connector. Hopefully none inside the case as it can't be opened without voiding warranty. Hopefully lasts near as long as factory one did.

I was actually able to talk to someone who took my VIN number and held my hand through the whole process. And every step of the way I was posted until the part shipped and once it got here it was programmed perfectly for my vehicle!

The overall process was very simple. I received a couple emails updating the progress of the order and it didn't take long for the ecm to arrive. It was very well packaged so there was no outward signs of damage from shipping. It plugged right in and works perfectly. My only complaint, which is really minor, is the misleading wording about how fast it will ship once ordered. As I said, a minor issue. Since the units need to be programmed for each specific vehicle, it makes sense that it will take a few extra days.
I would highly recommend flagship one to anyone.

Yes I spent money with this company for your expertise and you guys literally forgot to program my VIN to the PCM I paid a professional locksmith to program the van and program the interlock which was told might be needed by you but not programming the VIN.

I ordered and installed 4 O2 sensors for my Tundra. After several months one of them quit working. I contacted 1Aauto expecting them to say it was out of warranty but instead they sent a replacement free of charge

I called their number before ordering to be sure I was getting the correct ECM for my Tundra and was helped very quickly by their staff
Was working on a Mercury mariner and swapped out 6 coils, but it's still missed. Determined, the ECM was bad.
And got online and found flagship one i ordered the computer.It was there in five days installed.It in five minutes and guess what? The miss went away.Thanks, flagship one

Engine would only run a few seconds and obd2 scanner wouldn't connect to factory ecu. Found a burnt wire going into the fuse box that must have fried the computer. Received this reconditioned ecm in a little over 2 weeks. Van now runs and drives like new. Will definitely use them again if I ever run into another ecm issue.

Bought and delivered promptly. Question the condition of the unit after seeing the sandblasting effect of cleaning this unit. Waiting until spring to install, but not expecting miracles.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
