I ordered a new pcm for my 2002 chysler concorde. It took weeks for my part to arrive. It as installed into my car and now my car starts and dies. I call customer service and no one could help. I filed a form online weeks about and still no response. My so called account manager never called nor did anyone from the company... when I call daily they say someone will be in touch. 3 weeks later and still nothing. The pcm they sold me is faulty and I don't believed it's programmed to my car. They should have no stars for this company
Order is late, and finally was told that it will be another couple of weeks before my pcm is shipped, making it a month long ordeal. Just cancelled the order and going elsewhere because they think its fine to not live up to their end of the deal, and not tell the customer, you have to chase them down for info and it changes as they try to talk their way out of the jam

We ordered computer for a tribute didn't work sent it back Got another one still didn't work took it to dealership they said computer wasn't programmed and keys wasn't for it costed me 486 at dealership to get fixed so order off flagship one at your own risk they are a big joke

This business is indeed a SCAM! Listen to all the reviews out there of this business. I purchased a PCM that was Spray Painted and had an in house printed security seal and part number. The PCM was ordered on 3/24/21, and was delivered to me on 4/3/21. The PCM was programmed with the correct VIN. When I installed this PCM my instrument cluster immediately said it was in 1st gear while in Park. It also said 1st gear while in Reverse. I had 2 keys programmed to this PCM as I was instructed to do by the representative when I called to inform FS1 that my new PCM was faulty and I need a new replacement. I will be calling for a refund on 4/19/21. Will update soon.

We have been in business for over 10 years. I can assure you that we are not a scam. All of our units are refurbished, not new. The modules are spray painted during the refurbishing process. All of our units come with a warranty seal. It does take 2-3 business days for testing and programming before the unit ships. Your unit did ship on time and was delivered on time. Just because you are having issues it does not mean our unit is faulty. When you spoke to a representative you were told that you need to have two keys programmed. Our website does state if your vehicle has a security system you will need to have two keys programmed. You have not contacted us since you got the keys programmed. We would be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us so that we can have this issue resolved.
Soooo Slow and they lie! Took a total of 3 weeks for delivery (15 business days). During this time I received an email saying it would arrive in 2 days. It arrived 16 days after that email. When I used the chat feature of FS1inc site they told me (mansplaining) it was due "to unit being in final stages of programing". I think they told me that because I was using my wife's account. It takes at most 20 minutes to program (not days). Soooo the part arrives, works for 2 weeks nd is now broken. As a result I contacted FS1inc this past Monday, I filled out the email info. I called on Tuesday to get an update. FS1inc said the tech would call me back within the hour. 22 hours later no call back. I am currently on the site chat with customer service. They sent me statement form the tech asking that I redue the Return Merchandise Authorization. 30 minutes so far on the site chat with one simple question "When will me new part be sent out". NO RESPONSE Finally came back and told me I had to fill out new RMA, that the tech needs the same codes that I all ready sent, resent. That the new part will not be sent out until tech reconfirms ( what they all ready confirmed) FS1 inc called it prescreening. THey still can not answer when new part will be sent out. HORRIBLE RUN Away!

Our technicians reviewed your RMA Form and It looks like you stated only the current problem on the form because the same codes he described on that field original problem, were written on the account notes when you contacted us. Either the issues are the same or they only wrote the current problems. Just wanted to clarify. If the only issues stated were the ones after installing our computer, to conclude the diagnostic we need her to fill out again the form describing the original problems. Ordered Ford F-150 computer received it two weeks later installed it and got code p1639 computer not properly programmed I can't get customer service to help please don't buy from flagship one you will not be happy

Paid $500 for PCM, did not receive my product, spoke to rep said they can't find product but will refund my money within 72hrs. Week later still no refund called back said they cannot reach financial department. Now every time I call they hang up on me. Wish I had of read reviews, sounds like everyone having same issues, SCAMMERS!

Customer service is non existence! Called to purchase a ecm for a 2001 f550 a week ago. The saleswoman told me she could have the computer pulled and tested immediately. The following day after payment I noticed I never received a invoice or receipt. So called to follow up and check status. Long story short, every time I call I'm told something different. Computer still has not been shipped and can not be told when it will be. At this point I would just like a refund which is impossible because no one will answer the damn phone.

On 12-15-2020 I ordered a engine computer they said 2 weeks after 2 weeks I called they said its being programed when its done they will ship it well after 1 more week and me calling 5 times still no computer they said the same thing every time it being programed. So after 6 weeks of this I called to cancel and asked for my credit they said no problem it would take 2 days ok. Well after 10 calls and another 6 weeks no refund was made to my card. Had to call jp morgan to let them handle it i'm out 599.99 dollars I would not buy anything from this company.

Purchased an ECM for 2011 Escape. Should have known something was wrong when their key programming instructions didn't work. My husband put the old one back in and drove to a locksmith to have the keys programmed for $60 after reinstalling the new ECM. On the way home the transmission wouldn't shift correctly. Starting in 2nd, skipping 3rd and never shifting past 4th on the highway. The car wouldn't even idle properly. He gimped it back to the locksmith the next weekend to have the keys reprogrammed again after reinstalling the old unit( another $60). The ECM from Flagship 1 is garbage. After having to sign their warranty document it isn't worth the trouble of sending it back. 20% restocking fee and $85 because it was a programmed item. Complete waste of money!

The PCM they sent me does not work. When programming the keys the vin displayed is not the same as my truck. I don't know if it matters but what I do know is the truck won't start even though the keys are programmed. They talked to me a few times and now won't return my calls or emails. Stay away from this place

I would run from this company. I purchased a ECM from them 07/2019. They were my "best friends" when I was giving them $$. Fast forward 11 months to 06/20: my ECM was shutting down in the Oklahoma heat. I mailed it to them ( per their form, it says in bold red, to send it) and confirmed they received it. Three weeks later... nothing had been done... nothing. I pleaded with them that uber/ Lyft was too expensive. They rushed it back at that point, but still shut down in the July heat. The very first day, it shut down. They would not work with me... recall, they were my best friend, when money was on the table, but when integrity was the issue, THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND, THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL, OR EMAIL.
I'll suggest this, this company would not get a 1 star out of 10 from me. Why? Integrity is everything. When one has to use some of the " sawbucks you gave them" in order to back up their own written warranty, but elects to totally ignore you... run, find a different company

I purchased a FICM for a Ford diesel in Dec. Of 2020. I did receive it until Dec. 21,2020. Invoice number H*******. The product dosenʻt work. Drops voltage to 25 volts on start up. Code P0611. Flagship oneʻs warranty is that you must apply for warranty no later than 20 days purchase date.
I will YELP this company and file a complaint with the BBB.

I"m here writing this review to let people know about the horrible experience i had with this company, I bought a PCM for a 2014 Chevy Equinox, they were fast in collecting the payment, and assured me that they will guarantee the part and it will work for my car. When the part arrived not only that it wasn't the correct part for my vehicle but it was not functioning. I called to report it, they said they will issue a RMA but they didn't. Then they kept on lying by saying that a manager have to call me back and that didn't happened; later on, I realized that my phone must have been blocked by the scammers, they are just not answering. Be careful this company Flagship One is a total scam!

The PCM I got was totally useless and didn't respond at all. It took over 2 weeks to get the part and it was delivered in a plastic bag only. I asked for a return receipt and a refund and after 3 days of emailing them they sent me a document to sign trying to get me to pay for the shipping AND AN EIGHTY FIVE DOLLAR restocking fee for a part that NEVER worked. I'm going to dispute this with my bank AND report them to the BBB.

In response to Flagship: You are commenting on my order through Amazon, which I only made because you used a different name and I did not know who I was ordering from. You were better behaved through them, however, the computer was still not properly programed and did not work even with the key relearn and 12ish separate emails explaining other ways to try to make the item work. I had to pay the dealership another $300 to make it work, so I should have just purchased new and saved myself the trouble and money. Please check your records for the horrible experience you First provided. I did not embellish, inflate or dramatize any part of my review.
They do not properly program the computers, then put you through months of torture and at least 50 calls AND emails to take it back, never return a single call, then lie about your refund. They also sell on Amazon under other names including Mintt Management, so beware. Had to get PayPal involved even though they had the part. They said they sent the refund 3 times, but PayPal verified they never even attempted to.

We are very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with our company. The unit you purchased from us did come programmed to the VIN you provided. With most general motor engine computers you do need to perform a simple key relearn procedure which we do mention on our website. We did offer to get the unit back here for testing and a return label was sent immediately after you addressed your concerns with us. We did also mention that once we get the unit back we can issue a refund or replace the unit. The unit is still in your possession, therefore we cannot issue a refund. If you would still like to send the unit back we will gladly issue a refund. I hope that we can get this issue resolved for you.
My Purchase extended from 14 days delivery time to two months. Customer Service is totally wrong.
No Information sharing. Corrections not made in the Order that were supposed to be made and all associates that answered my calls where almost like programmed to give the same responses.
No correct tracking for when it finally shipped, so installation had to be rushed to ensure a warranty if the product was not correct.
Overall the Module worked, but it was not a Hastle Free Deal AT ALL! Order No. *******

I purchased a Module for my car. It took while to be shipped. The agent wrote adress and business name wrong. After 2 weeks item arrived. It was definitely broken. It will start the car but it will kill the alternator. The car didn't had issues with alternator with old PCM. After I pulled out the new PCM we took to our technician and he saw something that never saw before on electric parts. There were 3 plugs coming from the wall the Pcm and trying to get in one hole outlet from car wiring. He said that its not impossible and car can cause electrical fire because each plug has to be single not double and triples. Tried to return it and no response. They just say that someone is going to follow up with you and nothing. Worst company to deal with. I WILL NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEM
