Liars to the core!

Been waiting for my ECU since ordered on 1/11/24! Told it was shipped be there in two days, then out of stock, back in stock in two days, then shipped be there in two days, now it's will have it ready to ship in 1-2 days. So basically I'll get it in another week, in four weeks total? BS artists and liars.

So far so good...

Kienzle helped me today and it was a very great experience. She knows exactly what needs to done and how to proceed. I am still in the process of ordering an ECM so there is still a lot of work to be done, but Kienzle has answered all my questions and has done a great job. Looking forward to the rest of the process. Crossing my fingers everything goes ok.

I order a new PCM to Canada when I got it installed the vehicle didn't run good it has #5 #6 misfires that I never had before with my old PCM. With no confidence in there rebuilding skills I wanted to return the PCM. You have limited time to send it back and your programming fee and shipping is not refundable I lost over $300 because of this company don't make the same mistake I did!

Worth the money.

ORDERING WAS EASY. NOW TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT I GET AND HOW IT WORKS. Was going to order a new ECM from dealer but they would have to have it in the car at the dealership to program it. Total cost including towing the car to the dealer would have been around $700 - $1000 Canadian. Cost through Flagship One totaled $520 CDN including customs fee. Received it in 9 days, followed the instructions and the car was usable in less than an hour.

I DO NOT RECOMEND USING FLAG SHIP ONE TO GET AN ECM FROM...i have gotten computers for 3 different vehicles from them and had problems with all three. The last one took 3 months to get problem remedied and i had to pay a computer programmer twice to program each computer that was supposed to be plug and play and they wouldn't take care of the fee. The only reason i got another one from them is they are the only one i found that does saturn vue computers. By far the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my 23 years of being in business. RUN AND HIDE AND DO NOT USE THEM!

Took to long to receive

I ordered a pcm for my 03 f150 on 12/27/2023 and my order didn't get shipped out until 01/13/2024 way longer than 1-3 days for shipping and 1-3 for processing the order, meanwhile I sit and wait without vehicle!

I just ordered the part, that was the easy part. Now it depends on shipping time and quality of the part. That's when the final review shows my satisfaction.

Part was shipped within a week as they has to preprogram it for my car. Very satisfied.

Good pricing

Easy to find the actual Part Number and got my ECU in less than 2 weeks (Canada). Fast installation, but on my Ford Transit 2010 I had the extra step of reprogramming the Anti-Theft (PATS) which is 10 minutes of waiting for the scan tool to connect and 2 minutes to reprogram.

Be careful of what you order here. What is weird is they do not ask for your core but which was good in my case. Their shipping department employees should be fired. When I received my ECM, first thing I saw was the box had some puncture damage to it and this wasnt from mail carrier. When I picked up the box from my door step OMG I can hear my ecm just moving around inside. When I opened up the box, their was only 1 small piece of bubble wrap and my ecm, no regards to the ecm being a sensitive module. I took pictures and right then and there I did not want the module and wanted my money back. The brackets on it were bent and it was spray painted with gray primer. I did install it into my Nissan and I had 5 error codes on my obd. Only good thing is I have to say is they refunded my money right when they received the module.
