I was very happy to communicate with a real person and found them to be very knowledgeable. Making my order on the website was easy and I very much appreciated the frequent updates of my order status. So far, the replacement PCM seems to be operating fine.
We were originally told the ECU was in stock and just needing to be programmed, which should take 1-2 business days. Currently going on 3+ weeks and have been told an addition 1-2 business days, multiple times now.
I have had to call in 2x now to get information, where they continue to say 1-2 days.
Very disappointed in the communication and time lines given.

Your company states you pride yourself on your quality control yet delivered me a computer with blatant corrosion and burnt pins it was so obvious you could see it from at least 5 feet away. After sending pictures and going through 5 different representatives being told it was escalated to a manager i received an email telling me just plug it in and if i have any issues to call back. I didnt not think that was an acceptable response because i was not willing to plug a computer into my vehicle with green corroded and burnt terminals into my truck. I called back and they they didnt even know about the corrosion even after telling them and uploading pictured previously per their request. It seems escalating my file to a manager means copy and pasting a generic response without even reviewing pictures or file notes. Will not be doing business with your company in the future.

Looking at the product you could tell it's refurbished from slightly faded plugs and a little gunk between the fins but no big deal. I have the push button start and was told I plug it in, do a process, and it's ready. That was not the case. I still had to pay a dealership to relearn the ecu and also do a crankshaft relearn process. It fixed my issue but definitely wasn't just a plug in and go. Still worth it in my opinion.

I received my pcm installed only to find out it was programmed and now I'm having to pay someone else to program it hope someone else has a better experience than I did

ECM I received, had one cover screw missing and one is completly broken off, has air gap where water can get in and i have had to flex connector 3 to get engine to stay running, too much bead blasting the pin sized terminals, will likely never order again.

Made a $900 purchase for a 2006 Jeep ECU ordered it on a Monday the following Monday it's still getting programmed / not shipped yet. Got emails saying the company backlogged the24/7 chat helps keep up-to-date

I am not real happy with my experience so far. I ordered a PCM on March28th 2026 and as I write this it is the night of April 06 2026 and my credit card has been charged since the start but the PCM has not even been shipped yet. That is not good performance by any standards considering when I ordered the PCM the tmeframe was 2 to 7 days.

Upon opening the packaging, I am very disappointed in the computer housing. Three screws were apparently snapped off during repair/removal from prior vehicle. One corner was broken off prior to receiving the unit (while at the reprogramming shop ror before for no small housing pieces in packaging. Opposite side of housing cracked bad. All of this would allow moisture to enter computer housing. I have not tried to contact the supplier yet and am now going to attempt contact for a replacement computer or a guarantee it will be replaced upon failure and hopefully it will not be while on the road or working in the fields.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
