I have ordered 2 so far. You get them back faster than most R&R programs. The price is fair. The ECUs look great when they arrive, and both units have performed perfectly. Easy ordering with the factory ECU number. Great customer service. I had one small issue and after a short phone call it was fixed fast. I will be purchasing all my ECUs from Flag Ship One.
So far so Good! I found it easy to navigate website and order. I'm hoping for a quick turn around and getting my car running again! This may also lead to a repair shop using this site in the future as long as everything goes well.

They will not refund you, your full amount back, if you return your item, do not fall for their warranty, fully return crap that they have on their page. Ordered a part, and noticed I didn't need it in the end. Sent it back expecting full refund like it explained before purchasing.
Only sent half my money back, not a very happy customer.

The ECU I purchased has the wrong VIN number programmed in it and it's making my ABS light stay on because the ABS module is reading the wrong VIN number. So no remote start and I've reach out with no response... Yes the correct VIN was submitted.

Would not work at first the truck box computer was fried to so after I changed that it programed really quick if I ever need another, I will buy from here I got one from flash master it doesn't seem to work right sometimes it don't start first try when car is warmed up and everything is good on the car, I checked everything thanks a lot
There were no issues with my order and they arrived in a timely manner
So far pretty easy to order, wonderful prices! Much better than going to a mechanic and paying inflated prices.
