Part took to long to receive and pcm wasnt programmed to the vin Provided. We had to reprogram it at a cost to our shop.
I'm not completely sure how it went as far as the item I bought actually being preprogrammed. I bought it for someone else. Item arrived within about a week.

Took several weeks to receive the ECU but they kept me informed. They were waiting on the dongle to mate to my truck. Installation was easy and straight forward. Flagship saved me a lot of money vs OEM. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I used this site for a PCM for my car, everything seed ok just can't afford to program my key to the PCM, my loss
I plugged it in and when I started the car the engine started revving up and down really dramatically. It did this every time I started it for the first handful of time I tried to troubleshoot. I did every reset command I could do and eventually got it to stop doing the crazy revving but now it runs really rich and seems like it's going to die all the time. My car wasn't doing this before I put in the new ECU and now the old ECU suddenly doesn't work at all when I put it back in despite being very cautious when swapping computers.
Ordering was easy and quick. Delivery was as scheduled. I am getting obd code p0315 now and p0353 that I didn't have before. Still looking into it. I believe clogged catalytic converter is heart of problems.
Received product, but have not hooked up yet. Still diagnosing issues with vehicle. The computer was a last resort to fix problem...I hope

I was deciding on a couple other brands get to a new ecu for my 2015 dodge dart 2.4 but went with flagship because of the amazing warranty that comes with the ecu and the fact that all phone service people did an amazing job like Michael he did an amazing job talking to me on the phone and getting the right information to be able to get my purchase done will definitely buy from flagship again if any of my vehicles need a ecu.

I have ordered several computers for flagship and always had good experience with each order. I have had a couple of hard demands and the were able to work with me and always get it taking care of. I know they are very busy, but wish turn around time was a little quicker. But they do keep you updated through the whole process.
