Came to my door in 4 days and was plug and play. All I needed was to program the keys with the info provided and then I had to do a crank position sensor relearn with a scanner. But outta the box it got my car running.

Great service and fast shipping and well packaged. This was a hard to find part and was the a great price compared to other companies.
Very communicative in letting me know what was going on with my cpu and the process that it was going through including programming and shipping.
PCM was great fixed my issues it just took much longer than you promise on your site. Just be honest when shipping outside of the USA.
I had zero issues with the ECM I purchased. It was fully plug and play. No programming or paying a dealer to program the unit so my truck ran.
If I had to say something negative the only thing is I didn't expect the programming before it was shipped to take as long but it wasn't bad at all. Still very happy and I will use them again in the future as needed.
I highly recommend Flagship 1 and will be telling my mechanic friends about my experience.
