Got the ecu/ecm and it works as it should it just too bad that it was not the issue we finally got a crankshaft position sensor so I will see if that fixes the issue
Overall good experience but it would have been nice if there was more information on the programming process along the way I ended up having to call to find out. The gentleman I spoke with when I called however was very helpful explained very thoroughly the process and answered all the questions I had and I was very satisfied in the end everything went together just fine seems like a quality product would buy again from this company.
Super fast delivery once it mails out. Worked perfectly and solved all my issues. Original problem happened when my coil pack fried on cylinder 2 and 5. The Jeep was running on 4 cylinders and I was getting an error code that said low spark on cylinder 2 and 5. I didn't want to deal with sending mine out for repair so I found Flagship by googling companies and their reviews. I didn't want to buy the cheapest PCM nor the most expensive. Flagship offered a middle priced product and was backed with great customer satisfaction. I had never ordered from them prior, but will definitely purchase from them again if the need arises.

Received the correct Body Control Module for a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. Once installed, per the included instructions, the car would not even crank. With the old part installed, it would at least crank but wouldn't start. Re-installed the new part and had to have the VIN re-programmed into the new part. An incorrect VIN had been installed. I double-checked the VIN prior to placing the order. Once the correct VIN was programmed, the vehicle started.

I sent an email just within the last 24 hours saying that my car is Durango is still not responding.! It is not starting and the brakes are hard. The mechanic asked me to please check to make sure it's programmed to my truck because it's not reading that it's my Durango. So my review might change if this is dealt with in a timely manner. Thanks.

As of 29th April 2024, I have not been able to install this unit as UK locksmiths and main Ford dealers all say they can't read the original keys or locks or afraid to try in case the replacement unit does not work and the car is left unusable due to ECU not allowing engine to start. If the option of keys synchronised to the ECU from you would have been essential why did you not express this,even though I sent an email on or about the 16th March asking this very question?.
It was fast and easy to install component since item was already programmed by the manufacturer
I waited almost a year looking for the cumputer, finnally I found it had it install the car run great again thank you.

Came to my door in 4 days and was plug and play. All I needed was to program the keys with the info provided and then I had to do a crank position sensor relearn with a scanner. But outta the box it got my car running.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
